Another delivery problem isabel22Order number is WW1507190405009632. It shipped July 30th. YodelDirect tried to deliver it 6/8/15. We were out, they left a card with nothing written on it, none of the boxes ticked. I thought they'd deliver it the next day but they didn't. I tried to get in touch with them but their system is automatic and said to contact you. Since then I've been trying to resolve it with your support centre - Ticket T15080772237 - but the last message from them is clearly from someone who either doesn't understand the problem or couldn't be bothered to read about it. YodelDirect obviously have it in the country somewhere unless they've sent it back to you. I'd be happy to pick it up if it's reasonably local, but I can't find out where it is. It's a Goliath v2 by the way. Hi, your package is shipped out with SingPost Unregistered, since you not bought the tracking number, they just deliver the package one time, if you are not at home, they will not send it again, onething you can do is contact them where is the post , and you go to pick it up. I tried to find some useful information for you , their Company Number: 02591405 and website : The point I was making was that I couldn't contact YodelDirect. The phone number I have connects to an automatic system which asked me for the delivery number. When I entered it the system said "I can't help you, contact your supplier". Their website did the same thing. It went on doing that for 4 days, your support center was no help, so I tried a post here. However, I just tried yet again, and this time I got a response, and the system said they are delivering Monday. No idea of what time. So another day to stay in all day. It is a bad process, particularly if the tracking system is as described above. If there is no answer at the door the parcel should be left with a neighbour or in a specified safe place - YodelDirect's card says they'll do that. If you think you need a signature then use the Post Office because we can all collect from our local PO - it is close enough, we know where it is, and we don't have to keep ringing for 4 days. Incidentally, 02591405 is the Companies House registration number for their parent company, and is of no use at all. The phone number of their automated system is 0800 157 7777.

How long does it take for the tracking information to show up on my account page? It doesn't say anything about a separated order on my account page, perhaps it should and I didn't receive an email to inform me that you separated my package nor did I receive a shipping confirmation email. Will I receive another tracking number for the second package? yes, we will send the email and tracking number to your when deliver the second package . our support center send the shipping confirmation email to the client when we shipped out the package , if your packege is separated, in the email. they will mark the remain items :the sku and quantity. and Didnt you received the shipping confirmation email ? No I didnt you receive the shipping confirmation email. Don't worry it's fine. The tracking is working now. I hope the missing items are shipped soon. Thanks.

and im still waiting for my fekkin bag pre ordered mid june. july 1st it should of been dispatched but went on back order the day of its release. in stock 20th july and dispatched and issabel received it 27th july and it was posted so thats still only 20 days since sent from china. i didnt pay extra for tracking (that will teach me) but it still showed tracking up until last week but now only says undefined.
i bloody hope its here by next friday otherwise im going to have to buy it from the uk with next day delivery and it will £2 dearer than the one i ordered from gearbest in the first place.
i still have no idea who will be delivering it but ive seen a lot of you talk about yodel so i guess its them. but whoever it is they will only deliver once so i hope they ring the doorbell a few times as im back at work next week and my 90 year old mum will be at home.
not a happy chappy.
but still have to say Isabel has been great at trying to sort it all out for me.

Well received my order today isabel22 order number W1507281417048948 and there's no cable, no warranty card, no manual and it looks like it's been a return as it's scratched and the box looks like it's been kicked all the way from China. Not best impressed to say the least.

My Goliath v2 arrived today, much to my surprise. Delivered not by YodelDirect but by our trusty postie, in a packet labelled "if not delivered return to .." an address in Singapore. Fortunately our postie has the sense to ignore stuff like that.
For your sakes I hope that gb use the PO in future, not YodelDirect. Personally, I shan't be using gb again. Not that there's anything wrong with the Goliath, I just prefer to use people you can communicate with.
