Just had an email Thank you to all our customers who responded to our question about Nicotine, due to the vast majority of positive responses we have the product arriving in the next few days, for those of you wishing to preorder this you can use our discount code in View basket nic0010 to receive 10% of your first order. To other customers who have asked us about other new products we are currently looking into the top 10 requests and should have news shortly. In other news we will shortly be moving into our new 50000 square foot facility we hope this will enable us to hold more stocks and speed up all our despatch times as we are getting overwhelmed at the moment. Thanks again for all your help I am not endorsing this company but I do use them darrantchemicals.co.uk/index.php?route=product/search&search=nicAlso check the price of pg and vg it states ok for vaping round about £6 +postage for 2.5 lts

Seems like an odd moment for a UK company to invest in selling bulk 7.2% nicotine base.

I'd imagine the thinking is that they wouldn't be left with much ' dead ' stock on their hands. As a Vendor of the supplies we use, DC do appear to have a very solid following and reputation for good service and products on FB.

Is this VG really Pharma Grade? This Product is Food Grade/Pharmaceutical and Kosher. It is also suitable for Vaping mixtures. Vegetable Glycerine (also known as glycerol) is a simple polyol (sugar alcohol) compound. It is a colourless, odourless, viscous liquid that is widely used in pharmaceutical formulations. Glycerol has three hydroxyl groups that are responsible for its solubility in water and it hygroscopic nature. Glycerol is sweet tasting and generally considered non-toxic. as stated on site

Personally i'm not fussed i think food grade is fine but some people aren't so inclined just like i'm fine with diacetyl but others aren't.

What's the difference then, are you saying that it's alright to sicken people with Food Grade but not Pharma Grade? . Surely it's all safe?

It's just different standards of production from what i can tell, food grade is VG that is certified safe to use in food, pharma grade is certified to use in pharmacuetical applications. Stricter production controls for the latter like it must be produced and bottled in a certified cleanroom.

Stricter production controls for the latter like it must be produced and bottled in a certified cleanroom. Pretty much as mentioned above. Pharma grade is generally prepared and bottled in a certified lab under strict control. Food grade would probably be the decanting of it into sterilised bottles in a clean "ish" environment. At the end of the day VG is VG, the chemical structure can't change if it's going to be called that, it's what could potentially be in it before it gets to the end product that determines whether it is pharma, food or crude grade. Think bottled water, water from the tap put into an old bottle and then water from a stream. It's all water but the addition of "extras" increases. Pharma grade is the purest form because the addition of "extras" in chemicals in a lab can cause unwanted reactions or drop the yield. As far as i'm concerned VG is VG, i'm not going to get anal about it. The old adage rings true though - YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!
