Just had this, which should reassure anyone stocking up.

I expect there may be some questions regarding the closure of TECC, ie will there be customer support for existing customerts?

How about warranties, will these be honoured?

Pre-Filled Cartridges, can we still buy from Totally Wicked?

I think the best thing for me to do is direct you to a thread on the Totally Wicked forum, i am going to be active on there and will be supporting customers through this transitional phase.

oh no i have also had this email. got me e-cig last sat morning. getting on ok with it altough admit i am still having a couple of real fags aswell. I have 4 converts since sat and personally bought 2 of them a mini kit each. What will happen if i need spare batteries or atomisers once they close. wll i have to buy a whole dfferent fag or will spares still be available somewhere else.

I've not got that SD MK11 Hissie but have heard you may need to tighten the button with a screwdriver (yes a real one ) from the inside.

Hissie, I have the SD MK11, and on the first day of using it the button dropped off............so as Chrissie says tighten the button on real tight, and checkm it daily.

I also got a 901-510 converter, but to be honest I find it works better with the 901 atties. But hubby prefers it with the converter and 510 atties - so each to their own really.

I got extra batteries from an American site that Chrissie gave me a link to - much cheaper than a similiar UK site.
