Hi everyone, Although I do have 4 SD batteries to share between 2 SD's, I would like to buy a few more. Does anyone know where I can buy them from? They are rechargeable special lithium 3.7V 900mAh. I have a fear of all me blooming batteries failing......

Ello Lettie, I found a link to some yesterday. From memory I think Profbeard uses them with his SDMK11. Off to find the link again Here we go : - www.kaidomain.com/ProductDetails.aspx?ProductId=5319They are the right size being 18350 (18mm x 35mm) & right voltage of 3.7v. The higher mAh is more than fine as it just means the battery will last even longer before needing to be recharged.

perpy, Anything is possible with me! I had a moan fest at hubby when he came home from work tonight about the batteries for my SD not blooming charging. He said 'show me how you are charging them', so I did. He tutted rather loudly like only a man can when he knows he is about to make me look a pratt - and told me what I was doing wrong............ Apparantly, according to him who knows (hubby) you plug in the charger first so that the green light comes on, THEN you put the battery in to the charger. Iwas putting the battery in to the charger and then plugging it in. Oh what a silly twit I am. Hanow, yes, it is US dollars, but free shipping, and you can pay with PayPal.

I didn't realise that Lettie with the batts - nowt wrong with stocking up. You can get SD batts direct here Hanow, albeit at a higher cost. www.cavecom.com/screwdriver/shop/acc03batt.htmEdit by Chrissie - those batteries will only work in the SD MK 1 that Trog sells, not the SD MK11 from TECC or TW. Sorry Perpy, just don't want people clicking on the link & buying them before reading the rest of the thread

Hanow, I think they will come from China but may be wrong as I've never ordered from them. Apart from TW, I don't think anyone else in the UK sells that size battery.
Perpy, that link to Trogs batteries are for the SD MK1 & they won't work in the SD MK 11
Lettie, I can't see the rhyme or reason for what your Oh says. In fact I'd consider it to be a tad dangerous. I never charge mine like that, so IMHO, you are far from being a silly twit!

Ooops sorry Hanow :-[ - actually I remember now,I did buy these, realised my error after purchase ( forgot that bit last night ) and they did send the MKII's without any problem.
I mailed the wonderful Matt and he sorted it out, so they do have stocks or did.
