Upgraded to the 30mg/HD package, as my Linkseys router was part of the problem apparently.

Super fast Broadband it is too.

Very pleasant and helpful Engineer was young Dave . . . only problem is he's speed off to his next call and left his tackle box here . . .

Ah ok, it's just that the drone I spoke to the other night said he could upgrade me to 30mb for free. He then put me through to customer services in India who said 'free? oh no, no no no'

They're rolling out a free upgrade from 30 to 60 mb across the board..So you'll soon be too fast to catch perpetua..

super fast , nay nay i say, i'm on 50 meg going up to 100 later this year, and i can't remember exactly but 110 or 125 early next year, if i went with sky or bt, talk talk etc i'd be on 3 meg, 3 meg lol. Actually had a call from talk talk a week or so ago and i said no thanks i'd only get 3 5 at the most and the fella said 3 meg you can't do anything with that, no shit sherlock, so no thanks

Perpetua I used to work for virgin, OK in circumstances such as that select the option that you want toleave and only that option.
You will then be passed through to a UK contact centre, who will in turn get you through to a UK contact centre in Swansea tech support.
Tell them your not happy and you want to disconnect due to service issues and I promise you it sill getsorted, on the other hand cancel your Bb with them and join infinity much more reliable and just as fast. #icon_cheers#

Thanks for the advice all.

We're not due for the upgrade until July, so for once I'm ahead of the game in the technical stakes . . . sort of, in my little mind anyway.

It's supa fast compared to what I've been used to Blue, which was slower than a slow thing, going slow!

The advisor I spoke to yesterday said the upgrade would be done for nothing, but young Dave of the forgotten tackle box fame . . . said it couldn't be done.

So what do you do.
