Thanks for checking that out Tetsab, proves I'm not just being a complete wally as usual

Very handy having the cap attached, i think this will be my 'chuck in handbag and go' device.

It's working well with the dc tank but for out and about it's great with boge lr cartos

Hi karma - I see you have had the universal fingernails experience with the lanyard!
So far as an eGo adaptor is concerned - I find it does work if you attach it to the 901-510 adaptor but it is rather ungainly. What I do is firstly attach a 901-808D1 adaptor to the SD, then attach the 901-510 adaptor. I find this works well with skirted 'misers and looks quite neat. Here is a pic of the SD-Imist

I've taken note of the 901-808DI thingy and will look out for one the next time I'm ordering something.

So the 901-510 will fit onto the 808?

I would like to get this working with Echomisers then it really would be the ultimate 'throw in bag and go' device

SD's are generally solid as a rock Karma, and a useful addition to any vapers collection IMHO. They may not be as sleek and sexy-looking as some others but the mantra for SD users has always been "It just works".

Dave is utterly correct - just tried it and the Echomiser is working fine with that arrangement. The 901 - 510 fits on top of a 901 - 808 adapter without any problem, imagine I'd convinced myself that it wasn't going to give enough height for the skirt but it does. Thanks, Dave!

I'd say it is probably worth having a 901 - 808 adapter regardless, you will need one if you want to use any kind of 901-threaded carto on the SD as the 901 'native' fitting in SDs (unless they've changed them?) doesn't have the air holes in it which is vital for the cartos to function. Despite so many things having the 510 fitting these days, it's handy to be able to use either and means if your favourite seller has run out of something in 510 it's worth checking to see if they still have 901 threaded things.

sounds like it, didn't work for me

I've just ordered a 901 - 808DI adaptor from liberty flights (dissie code on suppliers board) to add to my 901-510 adapter so that should hopefully work

Neither Karma nor I could get the Echomiser to work with that type of arrangement, unfortunately Alipali.

I did physically check just a short while ago with a 901 - 808 on my SD (which is also Mk2) then a 901 - 510 on top of that and that definitely worked with an Echomiser for me.

Ok thanks for that advice. Have tried a tornado t tank but could not get on with it, but would like to try an echomiser otherwise I will just carry on with boge standard carts Any other cart recommendations ? I dont understand that LR malarky.

I like Kangers Alipali . . . but they don't seem to be everyone's cup of tea ( is anything ) but I prefer the vape they give over Boges.

They come in Standard and Low Resistance.

You seem to get a stronger vape with low resistance Ali although I think they run the batteries down quicker
