The Nomad DSE 905 isn't a bad alternative to the Screwdriver and more attractively priced now there aren't the TECC bargains to be had on the SD, used with a LR 901 atty it's very comparable I've found. www.liberty-flights.co.uk/product.asp?id=53

Indeed YGibby . . . . it was the next model ecig I bought after the DSE901 - a 'knock off' of the SD of course but I rather like it as an alternative - the one I have is operated by a side button - which always scores points for me!

Hi Perpetua! I've never owned or used a screwdriver mod .... One with a side button would seem a good idea. I never did get any freebie e-liquid from TECC by the way .... But I did get a freebie TECC Stick set last week!

Lol YGibby! I like/love all of the ecigs mods I've got tbh ~ they've all got pluses and minuses , if I had to choose which one I'd like to be marooned on a desert island with, I'd be hard put to make a decision. A freebie TECC stick . . . . . grrrrrr > I did get ANOTHER freebie bottle of juice, ANOTHER trolley token, a pack of empty 5ml bottles and 2 more pens today. Forget what the actual order was now . . . . . .

How did you all manage to get freebies? Dunno really Hissie, I've just put thank you for the fab service/bargains blah blah on any of the orders I've done with them . . . . . . they've probably taken pity on an old woman.

I recently bought a Screwdriver in the TECC sale. Have to say, it is absolutely fine, but also have to be honest. I had somehow got the impression that it was going to be better than Tornado/Riva - the ones I already have - thus the order placed whilst it was reduced. But in terms of performance, it isn't any better than the two I already had. I have however ordered some batteries, which I understand will last longer than the Tornado/Riva - and they are cheaper to buy than the replacements for the T and R.
So I would say similar performance - good vape - not so keen on the button placement - cheaper to run.

The button placement is fine when you get used to it - but if you are often using gear with buttons placemented differently you will possibly not get used to it. As for the batteries, I don't know about lasting longer but they are certainly cheaper. The SD is a good, no-nonsense, workaday vape scylla

I was all excited, i've never tasted their juices....but altho it's pleasant, i cant say it has much of a taste to it ??? just says regular, medium on the bottle, no label or logo or anything..

wOOt Lilac! We all love a freebie! I rather suspected those bottles of juice were ones that may have been included in kits at some point.
