Hiya clive sometimes its just our tastebuds go for a holiday and dont invite us along with them  did you try the dry burn I find this helps greatly there are a few vids to help you do this I watched a couple then went for it and I must say it makes a world of difference. Well, I was wondering if maybe because I've not smoked for 5 weeks that my taste buds are going through a change? Although if that were the case, wouldn't I be more sensitive to the flavour? Only true a quick dry burn, probably not enough. |

Well, the rinse out in "nearly boiling" water has helped a little, the taste has certainly improved, but now I have to draw 2 or even 3 times as hard, is this normal?
Also, do bottles of juice lose their flavour? My favourite, i-cig tobacco 36mg, is definitely not tasting as it did, but could that just be me? Should I have been shaking the bottle prior to every top-up?

Hi to one and all,
Quick question, my beloved stardust has suddenly started tasting bad, exactly the same as when a mini cart loses its flavour. I get the nic-fix, but it tastes disgusting. Is this a sign that it's nearing the end of its life or do I need to bathe it? I read somewhere about using coke or diet-coke to clean them? This stardust is about 2 weeks old, so is this the problem?

I've now passed the one month mark with zero ciggies! Or rollies in my case.
Sorry to hear about the problems you're having, but if you're gettin juice into your mouth, I'm sure that's either over-fill or not letting the juice settle into the wadding. I've over-filled many times but finally got the measure of it! Sorry for the awful pun. (hangs head in shame). When topping up, just a few drips of juice around the edge of the cartridge, pop the bung back in and let it soak in for a couple of mins.
For an even easier experience, try the stardust, as mentioned by the others, they are great, consistent vapour delivery, and you can't really over-fill as you can see how much fluid is in the cartridge.

I'm sure the e-juice you have will be fine  Yes, some brands are nices and depending on the vg/pg ratio they can have different viscosities. It really is just trial and error to find juice that you like. Buy some small sample bottles and experiment Cheers, I'll be trying all sorts, for sure. Got my stardust today, nice smooth vapour delivery, liking that little gizmo a lot!. |

Got my riva today, too. What a kick, I can't put it down! On tobacco flavour at the mo, but gonna try Virginia and ciggy next, should arrive Mon/tuesday, fingers crossed. Also ordered a stardust, I'm kinda excited about that too!

I've been shopping again, some trial flavours and a clear cartomiser thingamy-jig, one with no wadding. You'll know what I mean.

Cheers people, for the warm welcomes and all the advice! Very excited about the riva, can't wait. More exciting news, I figured out how to open my existing cartomisers, so I can squeeze a bit more life out of those! Is this ok to do?
