How many people dont inhale into the lungs, when i vape i hold the vapour in my mouth for a few seconds then inhale as i would have with a ciggie, is this wrong or bad for you ? Not wrong and not bad Shelly - I inhale too after years of inhaling smoke. It's not necessary to get the nicotine though It's not necessary with a cigarette either. I inhale, because the whole point of this for me is that it has replaced the experience of smoking. If I don't inhale the vapour, it's as unsatisfying as I used to find cigars.

Thanks for all your help FB and giles After much prevarication I've just ordered an Ego C starter kit, + twist battery + mini nova and the plinth thing as well as a pick and mix of Grizwalds Gourmet juice - all from VapeEscape. This should cover me for redundancy, giving me a Vaper for work and two for home. Had no idea which juice to order so just went for the ones which I liked the names of, still I suppose it's all about experimentation. Oh plops just realised I'll need another USB charger, unless I can charge the Ego's from my Gamucci charger? Good to have you on board! I messed about with Vapestick stuff for a couple of months- first their e-cig a like, then their max, which seems to be a bit ego- like. (Although I get the impression from here that the ego is much better) If your ego doesn't cut the mustard, don't be disheartened. I didn't like the Vapestick and carried on smoking, although I could see that there was definitely potential in this e-cig lark. A quick go on a mates Provari was like a revelation- I spent the rest of the day craving another go and ordered one that very night. Since I got it, I have not smoked a single cigarette and I don't believe I ever will. It's worth 10 times what I paid for it to be honest.

Yeah, was very poor-good following from your lot though. Loving being back in the League, although it's a shame to have to cross paths with E*ans again! yes wasnt my choice but we are stuck with him and in turn have to support what we got following would have been double mate if it wasnt for your tickets cock up .. i know people that paid and booked travel only to be told 3 days to go that the game is now ticket only.. disgrace .. abviously then unable to get to buy a ticket .. they sent a final 600 and they sold in hours .. people at work or out of the area had no chance.. i know of quite a few that when in the home ends too and kept stump.. good job they wasnt given anything to shout about lol did you come to new york in cup ?? if not i reccomend you make the effort in the league you wont visit a better stadium in this league thats for sure Unfortunately, our away end is falling down so capacity has been halved-it should have been all-ticket from the off. I didn't go to New York, but have heard good things about it-we are supposedly getting a new stadium in a couple of years and would love something like that-bang in the centre of town as well. I have fond memories of Millmoor, mind. That away end had brilliant acoustics.

Also.... If you hold the vapour in your mouth for 1-2 seconds and exhale slowly, there will be hardly any noticeable vapour. And definately no nasty smell of smoke. I was rather chuffed to realise this myself the other day. It makes discreet vaping on trains etc very easy. You lose out a bit on flavour I find, but it's a godsend when you don't feel comfortable in blowing out a cloud of vapour. 3 weeks vaping for me, not even a thought about having a cigarette. Save up for a while, get a decent set-up and find a liquid you like and trust me, you'll realise that this really is the cure for smoking we all spent years dreaming about.

I really want to get a Penelope, but can't seem to find one anywhere. Can someone please provide a link to any UK suppliers? Cheers.

I've not got an extension cap, instead I bought four 18350 batteries so I've no lack of power, because I take it everywhere with me and like it to be "mini" I've thought about keeping a spare at work, but I'm unsure if these batteries will discharge when not in use?

Funnily enough, I ordered an extension cap and battery yesterday. Although I don't vape that much at work, I'm out for 14 hours and was getting anxious at how often the dreaded blinking light was coming on just after getting home!

It's more the menthol in the blackcurrant ice that may crack polycarbonate, there's so many different 'juice holders' out there and there have been some reports over time that menthol can crack some of them. It may not do it to all of them but it's more a heads-up that it may to some. To be absolutely sure, if there's any reports anywhere (and not just my juices) that menthol may do that then I'd rather say so than an angry customer saying something expensive made of polycarbonate cracked There's a few of mine that are known to crack polycarbonate yet some customers have found that it hasn't in something made of polycarbonate they've used it in. So it's sometimes difficult to say whether it absolutely will or not. If you're happy to try it in something made of polycarbonate, then by all means try it perhaps in something cheaper like a vision or a vivi nova where it's cheaper to replace the tube Cheers. I'll probably try some in a metal tube. Not bothered about about losing a tube, but would really hate to be out all day and trying to vape on a suddenly empty vivi nova! Your cherry is polycarbonate safe, though? Cherry is my personal fave at the moment.

Thinking of trying some of the fruity flavours from you. I notice that your site says that the Buckys blackcurrant is likely to crack polycarbonate tubes. Have you had any feedback to this effect? I only use fruit flavours in my Vivi Nova and haven't had any cracking problems so far.
Cheers.
