I've noticed when in wattage mode, my battery will go yellow with 4 hours of usage using the 2.1ohm iclear 30th at 10w but if I put the bar to voltage mode at 5.0v it will last at least 8 hours before even showing they yellow light.

I live in Bradford and went on Honeymoon to Turkey this year.
I have lived in Muslim areas of Bradford and experienced the good and bad.
When in Turkey, it opened ny eyes to see that Muslims do not have to be the Muslims we see over here. Nobody wore berkas, people drank although didn't eat pork. Everyone seemed 'normal', they were like how most Christians are today.
I believe that in the uk, we have a lot more extremists who continue to push the boundaries of what they can get away with due to religious beliefs and the uk are too afraid to do anything against them in fear of been considered racist.
The mass majority of Muslims are nice and simply get on with there lifes and respect the fact that this is not a Muslim country. It's just the extremists who are doing stuff like this or the ones who feel they need to prove some sort of point.

My son has been doing some stewarding for G4S. He told me today that one of the reasons that e-cigs are not allowed at football stadiums is that there are now available 'fake e-cigs' that you can put a real cig inside  I call bs on this. 1st, the ash would accumulate which would extinguish the cig, also if it's sealed, it would get very hot. I think this is just a theory that one of the guys in the offices came up with to stop ecig usage in stadiums not an actual product which exists. I could be wrong though. |

That's not good.  Whatever next? AK-47 Kalashnikov clone. I'm waiting for an automatic shotgun with an extended clip and armour piercing rounds plus silencer clone comes out. Hell, even if I get to unload one clip before it breaks, I will be able to get rid of most of the crows which nest around here in spring. |

It amazes me how many vape novices or non vapers who you have a conversation with say. "Yeh but it's still got nicotine in them which will nake your teeth and fingers go all yellow."
The misconceptions about nicotine is truly amazing.
The best way to describe it is tell them it's just like caffeine. People are hooked on fizzy drinks and coffee and have no problem, the problem with smoking is the smoke. If you remove the smoke your getting rid of everyrhing but the habit. And other than spending money on it, whats wrong with a neutral habit which I enjoy?

I had a time when I was into my lazers. I used to have a green one which I could write on black dvd cases with, pop ballons and even light a cig.
The main reason I bought it was simply because it's beam was visible even in daylight whereas my previous ones needed a dense air or smoke to be seen.

I thought... well, everything is made in china.... I never expected something that you plug in to be so deadly which was made these days.
Maybe the old style lights but when you think of leds, you expect them to be low voltage, safe etc.

Yeh they are LED. I have popped open the controller (the little box with a button on it to change the settings of the twinkles) abd it looks like it has a rather crude transformer in there. It's still very dangerous though since 240v which travels up to the box via the 'doorbell' wire could so easily cause a fire since the wire is so thin. Compared to speaker wire (which has 12 individual strands of copper wire) this only has 5 strands of silver coloured wire inside the see though insulation wire. www.fasttech.com/p/1526503Thats the lights I am on about. |

So, I received my second parcel today from fasttech, among other things, I purchased a set of LED net lights for the window.
Now, they came with a European plug (no problem since I have an adapter) however,
There is NO transformer on the lights and the wires are dangerously thin... they are thinner than the black and red speaker wire!
I plugged them in to test and they work however, in the 5 min that they were on, the plastic around the led bulb base has started to go black.
I decided to try using a 24v transformer with them but they fail to light with it so there is no way of making them safe without been an electrician.
I'm really disappointed with them, I thought they might at least be safe to use since they are LED.
I don't know if I can even get my money back on them since I have sliced into the wire to add the transformer.
