I forgot to mention a simple way of making your own template or jig.

Press the opening of the USB connector into wax, take a rubbing with lightweight paper and a soft pencil.
Draw over the outline several times with soft pencil then turn paper over onto thin card and rub over with pencil from the back.
Once your outline has transferred to the card cut it out with a scalpel or craft knife.
That's your template done.

You can then tidy up the hole before transferring it to plastic or metal to make a permanent jig.

Drippers I tend to direct inhale.
Nova's etc one good long draw, into the mouth first then inhale.
Evods/clearos a double draw then inhale.

TBH it depends also on what the flavour/strength/volts etc are.
Do whatever you feel comfortable with.

I smoked everything I could, fags, rollies, cigars, pipes, they all smoke differently and I find vaping the same.

The VG I've been using for the last year says "100% Glycerol. There are no other ingredients".

Aqueous would suggest there is added water, maybe it's added to the nic base?

Greg, if you know what size bore you want and you have a drill press this will sort you out.

Buy a meter of 4mm acrylic rod, clear or coloured it's up to you.
Also buy a 4mm HSS drill bit and another drill bit to suit the bore you require, e.g. 1.5mm

Drill out the drip tip to 4mm.
Press fit and/or superglue the acrylic rod into the 4mm hole, then cut off.
Drill the new bore at required size.
Vape.

The drill bit will make the hole slightly over-sized by 0.1 or 0.2mm that's why the glue is usually needed.
I drill out to 3.5mm and use a burr or stone to achieve a real tight friction fit so no glue required.
You can get an ok result without a drill press if you have a vice to hold the work but it's awkward.
I've not found a manufactured bore over 4mm so I use 4mm rod and bit but make sure to check yours.
Be careful with shaped drip tips not to compromise the outer wall, a smaller rod and bit may be required.

happyloman, you may be struggling now but imagine you are a snake shedding it's skin.
It's uncomfortable and doesn't feel good right now but soon you will look back and see the husk you left behind.
