Hi, I normally buy 18mg but dilute it 50/50 with PG to give me 9mg. The 18mg menthol from HB was too strong as it was so I diluted that and it is as good as any other menthol that I have tried. Phil

Hi everyone, Just to report that I had my 3rd chemo session today and the nurses were great about me vaping. One of them knew that the idiots in charge wanted to ban them and was on our side all the way. Vape on, Phil

Hi Ad, They look great. Could I ask what fitting you used at the top of the spark plug and do they screw onto the plug or do they just plug the hole. Thanks, Phil

Hi, My local HB has them. I don't need any more kits but I was tempted by the juice. They only had tobacco, menthol and blueberry @ 18mg and as I use menthol I gave it a go. Nothing special but very useable and cheaper than most. I'll be back. Phil

Hi Karma, Thanks for you suggestions but it is osteo arthritis I suffer with. In other words, My joints are worn out and no amount of therapy will replace what is lost. I am resigned to being in pain but keeping it under some sort of control with drugs. Right, lets get back on track, vaping medicine, good idea or not.

Hi Karma, I did go to the pain clinic at my Docs but it was a waste of time. Once my name was on the list all they wanted to do was drink tea. I walked out and never went back. No side effects with the chemo but the steroids keep me awake half the night. Phil
Edit, I've also had physio and hydrotherapy at my local hospital but I have to be honest and say that I felt worse after treatment than before.

Hi, Those of you who have noticed will know that I am having chemo but as well as that I have severe arthritis. This means that I have to take fairly hefty doses of pain killers. The problem I have is that I am limited to 4 doses a day but they only work for 3 or 4 hours. This means that I am in agony for at least 2 hours out of every 6. When I was having my first chemo session they gave me some painkillers through a drip before the hard drugs started. I asked the nurse what it was and she said, "a painkiller dissolved in glycerine". I didn't think any more about it at the time but now I'm wondering if I could dissolve my tablets and stretch the doses out through the whole day with no blanks. It would probably taste horrible but some menthol crystals could make it palatable.
The other big advantage is that no one would dare tell me that I couldn't take my meds without looking a real fool.
Any thoughts. Phil

Hi, My son has just bought a car from a Home Bargains manager. When we collected the car I had a quick chat about the ecigs. Apparently not all stores have them, they vary the stock around the country so that there is always something new but he did say that you could order them online and have them delivered to your nearest branch in two or three days. Hi 2005 Chevrolet Kalos automatic with full electric pack. I bought it in Dec 06 with 7000 on the clock and now, 7 years later it is on 21000. All I've had to buy for it is 2 front tyres and 3 wiper blades. The only downside is the high tax. Phil

Pleased #1 chemo is now under your belt, Phil. Rather good that you could vape whilst getting your treatment too! Hope your son is still going OK with his vaping. Hi Jess, I'm glad the first one is over too. My son is sticking with it most of the time but his car destroyed itself last week and he did have a few smokes until he calmed down. He's now borrowing my car and acting as my driver if I need to go anywhere. Phil

Hi folks, just had my first course of chemo and everything seems OK so far. I just wish there had been someone there with a camera, drip in one hand and my ecig in the other. They were fine with it but I semi stealth vaped and kept the clouds to a minimum. Phil

Hi folks, Should have mentioned earlier, my chemo starts two week today 2nd Sept. Had a good chat with the chemo nurse and she made me feel a lot easier about the process. Everything crossed until then. Phil

Hi, Something good has happened due to my cancer. Went to our archery club yesterday and my son turned up with an EGO/510 setup and told me that he had only smoked two stinkies since Friday. He did give cigalikes a go this time last year but didn't get on with them because they gave him a sore throat. Phil
