Hi, 50 I wish I was 50. I'll be 63 in July and still feel like an 18yr old. Trouble is I can't catch them any more and if I did catch one I'd forget what i chased them for in the first place.
Seriously, 50 is young these days, you're in the prime of your life. Phil

Hi, A few months ago my son was having problems with a car he had just bought from a dealer and in the month or so it took them to sort it out we were back and forth every couple of days and had a look around every other dealer to see if we could get something else. Just about every place we stopped the sales guy or mechanic would see me vaping and say "I tried those, they're no good. You'll never give up smoking with them". I had a great big grin on my face when I told them that I had given up the fags but was still getting my my nicotine hit but in a far safer way and I was saving £35 to £40 a week as well.
I think the biggest problem is that most smokers try a cheap cigalike with the expectation that it will be an instant cure. When they find that they still want a smoke they are disappointed and give up on them. If they made the switch over a couple of weeks more would still be on the ecigs. Phil

Hi, I'm not too worried about the superglue as it's done in a way that the juice does not come in contact with the glue. How do I swap the atomiser? From what I can see they are not designed to come apart. If I do force it open I'll just have another one to glue. Phil

Hi, I have 3 Ce4 clearomisers, 2 of which have never worked as well as the third one. Now this one has come apart. The Plastic tube has come away from the metal screwed base. I pushed it back on but it was very loose and came away again as I screwed it onto the battery. I have glued it back with superglue and it seems to be holding but is it supposed to come apart like this or have I broken it by screwing it on too tight or is it just faulty? Phil

Hi, +1 on Chrissies post on diluting with glycerine. I get mine from the pharmacy in Sainsburys or BIG Shoes the Chemist. The Chemist is 20p cheaper for 100ml. I also get some food flavourings from the supermarket and to try out the flavour I add a couple of drops to a couple of ml of glycerine. Zero nic but dirt cheap and saves my juice for the flavours that I like. Phil

Hi, I always buy 24mg strength and then mix it 50/50 with glycerine to give me double the quantity of 12mg. As I use menthol I add a few drops of peppermint food flavouring to bring the taste back up. I cut my costs by nearly half by doing this. Phil

Hi, I was told (can't remember who) that it was an RN 4081. How far do you have to drive? I refill my cartomisers and 2 will last me a full day of chain vaping. Phil

Hi, UPDATE FROM YESTERDAY I saw my GP and it turns out that I do have a chest infection that is nothing to do with the ecigs. Got some antibiotics and will need a chest xray next week just in case. I showed the doc my setup and there was a bit of interest especially when I explained that I was still getting my nicotine fix but without all the gunk of smoking. I'll mark you down as a non smoker was his parting shot. Phil

Hi, I have been with my present GP for over 20yrs and every time he saw me he would ask if I still smoked and if I was ready to give up yet. No pressure but the same question every time. Last Sept I phoned the surgery for a repeat prescription and the girl I spoke to said that my doctor wanted to know if I still smoked. I was very proud to tell her that I had made the switch to ecigs and hadn't had a ciggie for nearly 2 months. For the last 2 weeks I have had a very bad chest infection and have got an appointment tomorrow morning when I will make sure my doc gets the message about ecigs. Phil
