Not found an all day vape yet either. Like you I've gone off RY4 but by mixing a bit of fruit flavour into it I'm enjoying it more - currently RY4 with some blackcurrant and another clearo with RY4 and some blueberry.

Your doing what?  Less than a week til my 2 months! Someone told me that the first weeks were like a honeymoon phase. Kind of easy, loads of will power and all. Then it gets harder to stay away from stinkies. I'm curious to try a puff BUT I know it will be horrible so I wont I did try that one puff and only 2 weeks in. You are right - it will be horrible. It was like tipping an ashtray into my mouth. The good thing about it though, is that if I now getting any fleeting thoughts of having a stinkie it makes me go  Moblee - vaping is  Stinkies are v |

i had with some fruity i tried,i found salt water mouth rinse 3 times that day soon relieved them 24hrs later Funnily enough in week 3 I have been vaping more fruity flavours - I've gone off my RY4 a bit and have been mixing it with fruit ejuices. I will give the salt water rinse a try. Thanks everyone. It's good to hear I'm not alone as when I searched mouth ulcers in previous threads very few came up and those that did were ages ago - thought I was a bit of an oddity and was worried that I would have mouth ulcers all the time I vaped! Hopefully I'll get rid of this batch and suffer no more  |

Has anyone else had mouth ulcers when they started vaping?
I currently have 5, including 1 on the tip of my tongue!
Vaping is the only thing that is different recently so I can't think what else it may be.
There's no way I'm giving up the vaping! I have some bonjela - is there anything else I can do/use?

I was at my Mum's on Friday and decided to have a puff of her cigarette - not because I was craving but just to see what it was like after 2 weeks without the stinkies. It was like tipping an ashtray into my mouth!It was disgusting and it took ages to get rid of the taste. I wasn't expecting such an awful reaction - I've given up smoking a couple of times before and when I've had a sneaky puff it was never like that! You couldn't have paid me to take another puff!!!

The videos are helpful and the clearos are the easiest to fill. RY4 is often recommended to newbies. You'll never get one that's exactly like a cigarette brand that you smoke. RY4 is a slightly sweet tobacco flavour with a background of caramel. Quite moorish. Best to buy 5ml sample flavours to start with until you know what you like. You may quaff but get some non tobacco ones - a fruity one, a sweet one and a menthol. You'll be surprised at how much you enjoy them and don't want or feel the need to taste tobacco. I never really liked menthol cigarettes but have a lovely menthol liquid that I really enjoy. Last night I washed out my first clearo after 6 days use as I noticed the top of the wicks looked dark brown and gunky - the wicks have come up lovely and white - and it's on the radiator as I write. I watched a video yesterday about dry burning to get rid of gunk off the coil. Do I need to do that? Or do I just refill and go.
