Ok so I probably should know this already but how do you know when it's time to change coils on clearo's.
I ask as I'm using CE5's at the moment and haven't changed a coil yet thinkingsmileytaste and vape all seem to be ok still though, I do clean them after about the 4th fill and rotate them quite regularly but even so it's been 3 months now and I'm still on original coils.
I'm thinking they gonna need chaging pretty soon but was wondering what others experiances are ?
I have bought some Evod a likes from Fastech which I'm sort of using but find them a little too airy (Bit like sucking on silk cut extra) so don't use them anywhere near as much as the CE5 clearos.

Hi Helena Welcome to the Forum You'll certainly get lots of advice and ideas from here, my advice would be to check out Vapeland they are a top vendor and are very well priced, get one of thier Vision Ego kits, it's what I started with, and am still using though I've just ordered an MVP from Fasttech. Good luck and hope you get sorted, the sooner you're off the stinkies the better

I can't offer any more advice than has been given already, though when I get my MVP (soon as fasttech send it to me that is ) I'll bear in mind the replies you've had. Do let us know the results. And Welcome to the forum.

Thanks Jen. But I'm confused again. I can see you need back up batteries but why do you need more than one vaping unit? Is one Evod or whatever not enough? What do you do with the one you're not using? Is it sitting in a drawer? Welcome to the Forum Jen. I thought same as you at first but you will deffo need more than one clearo I'm currently using 5 different ones at the moment all with different flavours in, once you get used to it and discover the joy that is the different flavours you'll understand, I have currently 15 Clearo's cause I believe you can never have enough spares You can get by with 1 or 2 but once you start trying different flavours you'll realise you need more. Vaping can be cheap (certainly cheaper than stinkies for sure) but for some of us shinyitus takes hold and it starts to get crazy icon_shoppingm

I've got a set of those too, used the pink one a few times, in for cleaning at the moment, orange one still waiting in the usage queue Let me know how you find them usage wise as I find mine to be a little airy to be honest.

I don't think you're doing anything wrong, other than not keeping them upright, I have days where my tanks leak then other days they are fine, though I'm not doing anything different.
I have a number of tanks and i tend to rotate them when they start playing silly buggers, giving them a rest seems to sort them out. <shrug>

Yer got two batteries. Just got a Ego twist batt from ebay also on its way. Seems to be thousand of e-cigs on ebay. Smoked one smelly yesterday and none today. never in a million years would I have believed that a couple of days ago. Got an awesome Blueberry I love but cant find a nice tobacco. The L and B tastes like rolling baccy and other taste a bit stale. Any recommendations on a nice smooth but not to strong tobacco around 10/ 11mg. Welcome to the forum Gavin Give RY4 (Ruyan 4) a try. It's a Tobacco with sweet undertones, it's one of the most popular juices around. Oh and if your near a computer all day then consider getting a passtrough (plugs into usb port) will make your batteries last much longer. Something like this Ego VV Pass-Trough look towards the bottom of the page.

RY4 is a perfect compromise between sweet and tobacco - I started with this and still use it as my main vape. It's a Tobacco with caramel ish undertones it's just ...... NICE !!!

VODKA --- Remove the Black Tip and drop the whole thing into a glass of Vodka (if they do not unscrew on the bottom) leave overnight, remove them and let them dry out and they will be good as new.
If they are rebuildables then dismantle the whole thing into it's component parts and drop the whole shebang in a glass of vodka.
I use Tesco's own cheap (everyday value) vodka and it works a treat.
Don't even need to dry burn the coils as they come out spotless.

Only advice I can add is for cleaning soak them overnight in Vodka ( I recommend Tesco's own brand) as this cleans them up perfectly, don't even need to dry burn as the coil comes out spotless.
I must admit when I first saw this suggested I was sceptical but after trying it I was amazed at the results.

I think they must have got thier act together recently as a Parcel I ordered on the 14th arrived on the 20th -- I was stunned. Mine had all sorts of bits in (oh and their EVOD a likes are fine, work perfectly, though some mind find them a bit airy, but thats easily solved and for the price who can complain. -- I ordered 10 ). All in all am well happy with them.

I'm a big coffee drinker, and it has been constant, in fact I could do with it drip fed, I've also went through a litre of orange juice yesterday. I got three liquids, a small sample that came with the kit, and some carts, and I tried them all the first couple of days so that may be the problem. One of the tobacco liquids hit me in the throat like I don't know what though so I'm presuming it was that although I only had about 0.6 ml of it. Today I have stuck to the other tobacco liquid but my throat feels like I've been chewing broken glass, and it's making everything difficult. I smoke sovereign normally which I find quite mild. Personally I recommend RY4 Juice It's not too hard on the throat, I used to smoke sterling which are harsher than sovs but RY4 is a really smooth liquid. Losds of vendors sell it as its a very popular juice try it i'm sure you'll like it.
