I have a few of these so I have idled away an hour or so to see if I can replicate these problems ... and I cannot .......... However .... on some devices the bottom air hole on the 510 fitting can be obscured, thus causing very little airflow. I think that might be the problem here, though it is difficult to be sure without seeing the equipment being used. Jag. (Back to my DCT's ........ ) Edit : Try backing the BCC off by a quarter to a half turn, if you then get a good draw it means the air hole is indeed being obscured.

I'm not sure it matters. In tests I've done it both ways and there was no difference in the performance or charging of the batteries down the line. Certainly a lot of debate about it hanging around though. Jag. (Just use and enjoy the damn things ....)

Most people start with CE4's but soon move on to something else. I think that says it all. Jag. (Yep, moved on to something else ...)

I have two V5's and all the cons are far outweighed by the pro's. You might need a forklift to use it though ........................ Jag. (Pumping Iron.)

I think I'll pass on this one, as most of mine would cause red faces at worst and giggling at best ........................... Jag. (Move over, Casanova, you're not the only one who can fall out of bed ...) Coward. Okay ... a nice safe one ..... I was dating three girls, but on a Saturday I decided to invite another to a Party. Unfortunately the other three turned up at that party, and as soon as the penny dropped they all poured beer all over me in front of everybody. I had to jump in the pool, strip my clothes off and wring them dry, then go back inside looking like a damp squib. The funny thing was ... they all went out with me again. Women, go figure .... Jag. (Used to live dangerously ....)

The buttons press down on switches that are in turn mounted on the circuit board so id imagine its either the wiring causing a short circuit or component failure(maybe the circuit board switches) But as already stated get the vendor involved as its clearly dangerously faulty and requires replacement. Im sure he already has but just saying for the sake of it,remove the batteries from the device if not already done so. ^ What he said ........... Jag. (Vamo's should be slightly eccentric, not wild!)

I vape between 11mg and 18mg. To be honest, as long as I feel satisfied, and happy, I don't really think about it. Jag. (Addicted to Golden Tree? Rubbish!)

I use the Mega, and my only reservation is that it can be a little fragile. On the other hand they vape like a champ. Haven't used them in a while now, I'll have to dig them out and give them another workout. Jag. (Any excuse ....)

You might want to be careful with a couple of those if you are using Plastic/Polycarbonate Tanks or clearo's. Some of them are better suited to glass and/or Pyrex tanks. Jag. (It cracked? Well I never ..........) boyofford I seriously thought about bubblegun, would be interested to hear if it tastes like real bubblegum. I can just picture me blowig vape bubbles Jaguar7777 is there a problem with juices and plastic/polycarbonate clearo's, are some juices to be avoided with them ? Er ... yes there is. There are lists all over the web of the culprits although I think they could do with being a bit more conservative. Jag. (Trial and error .... trial and error ...)

Well I never ..........) Just ordered a mini Protank kit as my device is naff(leaks, see my newbie thread), just double checked and says its Pyrex so all good! Which flavours by the way? I read cherry can be a problem I think and I have been using it not knowing this for two days, maybe should go back to raspberry that I've got until new kit delivered? or is that just as bad? This is not so easy to answer as I'd like it to be! lol I've known people who have got away with Raspberry, and others who have cracked tanks. The Blackcurrant is best used in Glass/Pyrex tanks, as for the Cherry, yep ... a known tank cracker ... except ... I've been using the Black Cherry in Kanger T3S Clearo's without a problem! I guess it is best to err on the side of caution. Jag. (Keeps the sweet stuff under glass ....)

Hi Jaguar7777, I smoked 40 super king a day and by that time I had been smoking for 49 years. I have now been on the 7w setting using 24mg for over a year, so cutting it down to 22mg for a few months and then starting to cut down the wattage, seemed like the right thing to do. As you say, easy steps over a period of time. However, clearly what works for some, will not work for others. I mistakenly thought that by now I was a contented vaper, but this had shown me that, for me, it is too early to start experimenting and I will keep to those levels that I know I feel safe with. Quite right! It IS different for each individual, which is why advice can be very difficult to give unless you know that person extremely well. As a long time smoker, certainly at the level you were at, it is going to be very hard because you have set yourself up a big habit. However, wisely you saw the warning signs and used your common sense. I applaud you Sir! Anything has got to be better than the real thing. Jag. (Common sense is such a wonderful gift ......)

Just bought 60/40 PG/VG after reading this thread, from Joosejuice, very confusing for a beginner lol and as option defaults to 100% could of easily made a mistake unknowingly!, hope they suit me! Ordered Bubblegum, Apple, Cherry, Raspberry, Brandy, Mocha, Menthol, Blackcurrant. thanks You might want to be careful with a couple of those if you are using Plastic/Polycarbonate Tanks or clearo's. Sensible Post. If you were a medium to heavy smoker, say twenty to forty a day, then you are going to need that nicotine fix for quite a while. Cutting it down too quickly does start the body to crave more of it, but of course the mind associates this with real smoking, hence your dreams. I think it is better not to worry about the nicotine level until you are perfectly sure you have kicked the real habit into touch. Then, and only then is it perhaps an idea to start cutting the nic level, bit by bit. Give the body at least a minimum of a month for each downward step, personally I would say two months, so that you have fully adjusted to the new level, and take the downward steps gradually. Say, from 18mg to 15mg, from 15mg to 11mg. I think that is probably the best way to go about it, but remember that giving up is the priority, not the lowering of your nic level. Does that make sense? I hope so .... Jag. (Quit for almost a year now, no cravings, still using 11mg to 18mg nic ...)
