Does this work the same way as an Ego-T (I'm learning some of the phraseology here), where you just fill the cap with a ml of juice and puff away.
It's meant to be really easy to fill?

I have done 24 hours without an analogue *beaming smile* Corking stuff. I reckon the first 24 hours is always the most difficult; at least that's been my experience. And with vaping, I reckon I never have to smoke again. And where '24 hours' is concerned, that's all we really ever have. The past is gone, the future's a gift; we really only ever have the 'now'. That's what I've heard anyways!

Yes, you're right, Chrissie, but I wish I'd done a little research prior. I'm quite an impulsive child on the quiet. To be honest, I thought these things were a gimmick, so didn't want to spend a lot. But now I know they're not a gimmick, and are in many ways superior to 'real smoking' (less damaging, less smelly, cheaper, free to vape just about anywhere), I'm hooked. I also like gadgets.

But what did you order as regards liquid and how long would the free/included amount last with average use.- its a bit of a minefield knowing what flavour or nicotine content to go for - as advised i think starting with medium nicotine ,as for flavour who knows i suppose its each to their own . Hi Birdy, When it comes to flavours and stuff, I'm not overly fussy; I like my nicotine first and foremost. I've got a couple of bottles I've already ordered (Golden Virginia and coconut at high strength), so with the Riva I thought for the free sample I would choose the Green Apple, because I like apples! I think the general advice is not to order large quantities of anything until you find out what you like. But I've only been vaping for one day, only ever used the free samples that came with my starter kit, so I'm far from experienced. Oh, and my 510 starter kit at £27.00 wasn't much cop; though it's okay; but the batteries don't last long at all, and the Riva - from the reviews I've seen and read - say one battery will last all day for a moderately heavy vapour user. So, really, if I'd done my research as you are doing, I'd've saved myself a few quid.

Scylla, After a bit of dithering, I've taken up you suggestion to Birdy, and ordered one of those from the link you provided. Thanks. I can't wait. I'm sucking on nicotine lozenges at the mo 'cos I'm waiting on my juice delivery.

what happened ? I think i've posted in wrong thread somehow. No, LOL, I didn't want to hijack the post (I'm a long term member of A.A.), so deleted it. Anyway, I don't deserve any credit for not drinking, in the same way you don't deserve any credit for not murdering people! Stopping smoking is a completely different beast to stopping drinking though. Stopping drinking takes a 12 Step program (weird though it may look, it works), but stopping smoking is like a 5873 Step program. Thank goodness for vapes!

He's spoilt rotten!

Ive battled to lower my nic for ages and always failed.I love the strong hit of 36mg but ive developed skin problems and have an irritated scalp and itching all over really Ive been to the doctor and tried many things to clear this issue with no luck at all. When i do cut my nic to 24mg these problems go away immediately but the vape isnt the same for me personally.I know i need to cut back as this skin condition is annoying more than anything and only happens when i heavily use 36mg.Im starting to wander what actual damage such high nic is doing to my body?cant be good im positive of that. That sounds quite severe, Ian. Have you got a plan?

I've enjoyed looking through this post; I'm a huge animal lover (I like 'em better than humans to be honest)! This is Scooby, though we think he looks more like Scrappy: He's a much loved rescue dog, a mix of a Corgi and a Jack Russell we think (you can get 'designer dogs of this mix called a Kojack; I kid you not). We need to get him off those analogues and onto a vape methinks though:

I'm not sure what my hometown is; I was born in Maizuru, Japan (I'm half Japanese on my Mother's side), and brought up in Geordie-land (North Shields) - so I'm quite a rare breed known as a 'Japanese Geordie'; aka 'Whey-Aye-Banzai'.
And after being a bit of a Nomad for 17 years, finally settled down in Chepstow, South East Wales; so I guess this is my home town.
Chepstow isn't famous for much that I know of, apart from the Castle and Racecourse - however J K Rowling went to school here.
And it's also the start or finish point for the Offa's Dyke walk from South Wales to North Wales.

what you do for a living tyne???? I work in a control room for an international Ferry Terminal. Tynesider, by your avatar I'm guessing you're an ex Fusilier; maybe ex 2 RRF. They were in Celle when I was in Hohne, and being a Geordie myself, (even though I now live in South East Wales), I thought they were a great bunch of lads. Anyway, am I correct?
