I love the idea of small weddings, I never got the idea of "princess for a day" dos even when I was a little girl! Though I've been to weddings of all kinds and the couple and guests have thoroughly enjoyed them all, so I hope you and Mrs Rom enjoy your own perfect day in your own style too!

Last week I made it to a month but wasn't very well and the date kind of passed me by - so today is 5 weeks of vaping. It's been a very quick few weeks but OTOH it feels like I've been a vaper for a very long time, such a short way into the journey but I know I'm in it for the long term.
10 stinkies a day feels like it was back in another lifetime. I haven't craved a cig once, not only does vaping fill the nicotine need but it's an infinitely more fun and satisfying way of getting my fix!

I can't even decently start postie-stalking yet as I only ordered it this morning, but I did a bit of big spending  splashed out on the limited edition rainbow coloured Vision Spinner. 1300mAh and VV, I feel like I'm moving my vaping up to the next level. And I'll be posing around all over the place bringing a bit of glamour to the vaping world  - just look at it!  |

I'm a temp and I'm registered with quite a few agencies, and haven't come across this before. They all charge the company that takes me my quoted hourly rate x hours worked + whatever their fees are, and I'm paid the full amount of hourly rate I was told I'd get ( - tax & NI obviously).
I've heard from much older temps that it used to work that way many years ago, when you got your pay you would have to pay your agent their cut yourself, but it seems it's standard practice now to do it as I described above. Surely it is simpler for the agencies to do it that way too?

Me too Lobeydosser. I could give up painlessly, stay off the cigs for months at a time, then end up smoking "just the one" and it never is one, the minute you stick one in your mouth again you're as addicted as you ever were. It wasn't even as if I ever had a good reason to get hooked again, it'd be something silly like a tough day at work rather than a real crisis that would make that black dog nibble at my ankles again.
As far as vaping goes, my only long-term plan with it is to stay off stinkies, anything else is a one day at a time and see how it goes.
Though as I have said on here before, I have 18mg and 16mg liquids now and can't feel any difference between them, so next time I'll get 16 and 14s and see how they feel for me, and step down until I find the lowest nic level that still does the job. But I don't really have getting to zero as a goal - it'll happen if and when it happens if you get me.
I don't want to stop vaping though, it feels so good!

I will try but they made me feel so uncormfortable, it was awful really. Move too Bournemouth, people who smoke stinkies get some horrible looks as there is so many vapers down here  At present i have 3 vape shops withing a one mile radius  and loads more around (Only small shops but it's still a good sign), biggest one is : Safercigs not as close as the rest but a very good vendor, i am spoilt for choice Saying that though when my OH went out with a Kanger Protank on a Spinner filled to the brim of juice she did get some funny looks  Ooh I feel a trip to Bournemouth coming on! Some time on the beach and some vape shopping. I haven't been to the seaside in ages! |

I've only seen one real life vaper and that was at the coach station in Manchester, where I spent the weekend. I live in London and you would think I would have seen a vaper here, but not one so far! I've seen people looking at me and being interested in what I'm up to, but no-one has asked. Whereas up in Manc, lots of people said "is that one of them e-cigs" and were asking me how it worked and had I come off the smokes with it. Mind you, that was out at the clubs in the small hours so you do chat more after a good night and a good drink, in London I'm normally vaping in public on my way to/from work so no-one stops to chat. I bet if I go and vape on the smoking terrace at my friendly local pub, I'll end up chatting about vaping all night.
I don't even know if there is a vaping supplies shop in London, I haven't seen one yet. That'd be a way to meet fellow vapers. Mind you, in central London they'd have to charge sky-high prices to be able to afford the rent so online business is cheaper for shopkeeper and customers. But online doesn't compare to going to a shop to look at things, touch them, smell liquids, ask lots of questions and get to know the staff, does it?
