it is not just the higher strength unflavoured nicotine that is going extinct after May 2017 A HUGE number of off the shelf nicotine containing e-liquids will vanish overnight! 90%+ of the choice of flavours and mg strengths available at this point in time are NOT going to gain TPD approved. If you have a favourite ready made it might be worth stocking up in the next 3 months.

How much nic would you need for 2 years? Lol I can't figure out how much e liquid I need for tomorrow 1 litre of 72mg/ml nicotine will make enough 18mg/ml e-liquid for 2 years if consuming less than 38ml/week A stash of nicotine base should be seen as insurance / future proofing. I strongly suspect at some point in the next few years TAX is going to be added to nicotine containing e-liquids Based on £1.00 per 10ml taxation a single 1lt bottle of 72mg could save the owner vaping at 3mg around £2400 in tax ---- note at 18mg = £400 saving --- Maths 72 divided by 3 = 24 24 x 1000 = 24000 24000 divided by 10 = 2400 2400 x £1.00 =£2400

Wouldn't have thought it would wick fast enough Good point-- might need to give it a bit of a pounding to open up the fibres

Just wondering if anyone has replaced cotton wick/wicking material with tobacco leaf when vaping unflavoured or tobacco e-liquids

No-one can offer a nicotine containing liquid to the public if that liquid was made after 19th november 2016 and is not TPD compliant as far as i am aware nothing is TPD compliant yet —over 8500 submissions are still under review However Producers can sell any remaining stocks of non-compliant products to retailers and trade customers or directly to the public after 19 November 2016, provided those products have been notified. The 6 months grace period till may 2017 is meant for selling off existing stock/ clearing the shelfs and fazing in the TPD compliant products -- but nothing has been approved yet!

We Are Now Fully Stocked!! As you maybe aware we have been running low on stock recently. This is due to us moving into a new 32,000sq/ft production facility. We have installed a new production line, so we now have 3 filling machines running 16 hours a day to ensure that we can keep up with demand. As an apology for the low stock situation we are offering free UK delivery on 10 or more bottles for today only (31-01-17). One Pound EliquidCan i ask is this an e-mail you received and are passing it on or are you connected Secondly does the November 2016 TPD production deadline somehow not apply to onepoundeliquid

In theory every drop of nicotine base available to the UK public will have by law/regulations been made before the 19/11/2016 This requirement to stock up before the November 2016 cut off date resulted in some suppliers possibly stocking up without the freezer/fridge capacity. The colour is likely down to storage ( conditions to warm along with air in head space)---colour does not always effect the finished e-liquid REF: is, it's not even like it's even that cheap. According to the web site this nicotine base has a "full Certificate of Analysis" this means they have paid a fair price for a quality product and require a margin that reflex the overheads and costs involved when selling/stocking a slow moving product that must be sold or binned by 20th May 2017

stu1873 I've been mixing for nearly 3 years. I mix several days each week because I make for about 30 vapers. Not so many years back shifting that many bottles a week that would have qualified you as a vendor

In this situation and time frame the only thing to be done is put a limit on daily sales -- once the number of daily sales is reached -shut the web shop till next morning.

Anyone know where they get their nic from. It seems very cheap. They claim that they import it already diluted from a source in the USA. Yes, it seems very cheap . (.... almost/maybe too cheap). in the old days international bulk shipping of any Toxic liquid came with a mountain of paper work and was vastly expensive.

I can live with "sticky Smear" far easier to remove than the old " stinky Yellow" from tobacco i wonder just how slippery a room will become in 20 years at 10ml per day!

Yeah it's crazy 99% of vapers I meet ain't got a clue about it still, and when I tell them I get the feeling they think everything will be ok.I think this is the way most the public have been conditioned these days, to just accept whatever is thrown at them Asking the average vaper on the street if they used a knitting paten to make the lovely jumper they have on will result in the same result as asking if TPD is going to effect them.

I've come across the name of Hangsen Sept Wolves before. I even found it listed on the site of a UK company, but when I clicked on it they had no stock and I've never been able to find it over here. Shame. Thanks anyway though. The way to find out if your Seven Wolves is indeed Hangsen is to look at the underside of the bottle ===== All Hangsen bottles have the raised letters HS on the bottom.

With different makes of and types of wire, cotton ,number of wraps ,resistance, voltages or DIY liquid recipes that to need 5-10 different ingredients , steeping, scales, Seems to me that as e-cigarettes and e-liquids are now so far removed from the simple things they used to be 3-4 years back many old members are reluctant to post on the forum.
everything has all got a bit complicated
However this does not explain the lack of interest or lack of pointless but fun threads from years back. To late to start a happy Christmas thread however a Happy new year thread might tempt some to post

A few years back i would ask if it is OK to vape - Now i just go outside as "sorry don't allow as someone stank the place out blowing clouds " makes it pointless asking. Vapers are now seen as the new cigar smokers.
