As you probably know the SVD can be operated as either variable voltage (VV), or variable wattage (VW). If you choose the latter mode you can reduce the wattage and maybe reduce the burnt taste perhaps.

I wake up in the night with a very dry mouth if I have over done the vaping during the day. I always take a 500ml bottle of water to bed with me and have a good slug. Best to sip water (or tea) continuously when vaping.

Unfortunately this is the sort of codswallop that the Dail Fail readers numpties soak up and believe every day.

Being a heavy smoker your dad will find it difficult to migrate to an e-cig kit and drop cigarettes straight away - just tell him to count the number of cigarettes he is replacing by using the kit. Also, there are very few eliquids that will exactly replicate his smoking experience in terms of flavour. Here are some other possibilities: EVAPEVaping is not like smoking. He will need to take long slow drags and hold in his mouth for a second or two, before inhaling into his lungs - this will improve the nicotine absorption and reduce the likelihood of a sore throat. Good luck with your mission.

Just got to say thanks for my recent order of vaping stuff from you guys - SVD, MVP, iCore charger, and a few bits and bobs. Easy to use website, great value, and great service

Quite a few reputable ready made juice suppliers give a use by date of a year.

The MVP 2 is quite cheap at the moment from Myepack - £39.99. Just bought one from there as a Crimbo present for a family member.

Never tried an Evod - fortunately my first kit came with some iclear16s, and the heads do seem to last ages. Get the 2.1ohm jobbies.

Santa has whispered in my ear and apparently I'm getting an SVD for Christmas I would have preferred a V5 Vamo because it has a much better menu system, and it's not telescopic, but the problems with poor 510 threads kind of put me off. The replacement top cap from Charliesvapeshop seems a reasonable price for the fix, but how do you get the old cap off - is it mole grips and a soldering iron ?

Make sure it's shorted out first.
