Got any sony vtc's yet? I've got my patriot set up with dual coils at 0.12ohms just now, drilled the air holes to 2mm and it's superb, not to hot or anything. No Sony ones have got Samsung ICR18650-30B 3.7V 3000mAh for both the nemmy & the vamo I think they have a max of 6 amps, the sonys are 30amp so good for drippers for going low ohms safely. Superb quality batteries too. |

Thanks folks, managed to get it going again now, don't know what was up with it, it stopped firing after I tried a nano coil set-up, tried other coils including pre-made, but nothing would fire, even on the nemmy, seems to be working now, maybe not as strong as it was but it's firing.  Hey, what nemmy, you never mentioned a nemmy.  Stick the patriot on that instead and a regular tank on the vamo. |

Yeh that'll be about 0.35ohms or so, maybe 0.4 but definitely to low for a regulated mod. 0.32 is decent for a lot of coils though, you can do parallels and everything with it

1.1 is definitely too low for a vamo - think mine fires at 1.3, but not below. Does it work on the nemi? (Daft question, but - The nemi has got a charged battery in it?) If Brad had a nemmy I'm sure it would fire lol |

Correct. The one on the right is the new V2 clone from FT. It's a very nice clone, and I am impressed. Just need to get a decent coil in it to really try it out. They are both rocking the PC tank from FT too (https://www.fasttech.com/p/1663600) which I prefer by miles. I like to see exactly how much juice I have left, lol. And for £1 vs £15 for the C9V ones, they are a bit of a bargain. So much so, in fact, that as I am about to order a resistance checker anyway, I might pop another couple in the basket, along with another V2 clone, such is the quality. Do I need to pop round again over the weekend then with some 0.34mm kanthal? Set you up with a couple of 1 ohm coils |
