Well.......now I've had time to recover....... It's so different from a regular vape, talk about intense flavour, two or three hit's and I'm done. It's like comparing double Ristretto to a latte, I'm tasting it for a loooooooong time after. I did over do the juice at first enjay but when I got the optimum amount I knew it. I think the juice is 50/50, good vapour but not massive clouds, it's the flavour I wanted anyway. I reckon the rust thing is deposits of carbon from the tool that machined it, it's circular in shape and like you say when I rub it out it should be gone for good. Cheers for you suggestions, very helpful. Sweet, you're not bothered about clouds now but just wait, once you blow one you'll want to see more lol

I'm gonna pick up an aspire ce5 and an evod type battery then stick it with some juice in a little first aid kit in the car, a proper first aid kit. I don't mind bleeding everywhere but I really don't want to go without a vape!

Ha ha wanted to swear but figured I'd reign it in for a thread title! I must have knocked my kayfun today and knocked the wick skew, thing seemed to get choked then leak a bit then it was just a crap vape and of course I was very disorganised and didn't have any kit with me to sort it so ended up smoking more than usual and I HATED it! It's mental, I can't believe how much less I like smoking these days, I was a total die hard prevaping and now, I don't mind the odd one here and there but to smoke like a regular smoker? Oooft! As soon as I got in I stripped the kayfun and sure enough the wick was all to pot, stopped there and took a nice big hit on the trusty dripper and am now ready to go wash the kayfun out, recoil, rewick and vape on! Woohoo! I LOVE VAPING!!!!!

Mech mech mech, love a mech, go low and vape on like you know what you're doing ha ha!
Some regulated devices will fire down to 0.8 ohms but most wont, some of the newer box mods will actually fire down to about 0.5 ohms but you really can't beat a mech for dripping imo.

While I remember @scooby, to much juice in the dripper can really make a difference to how it vapes, you want the wicks wet but you don't want a puddle of juice sitting on the deck.
Another thing is the juice, to high a PG will kill the clouds, should help flavour but you wont get big clouds.
Anyway I think that's it for now, can't remember anything else off hand.

It's not rust, it's just needing a clean, stainless steel doesn't rust. Anyway low ohms, dual coil, wick loose enough to move through the coils without hanging. Snip it and lay it on the deck. Make sure the coils are up in line with the air holes too then take a big lung inhale and get back to me. Agree about good quality stainless resisting corrosion, but poor quality stainless can corrode. I washed the Stillare in warm soapy water when it arrived and dried it well, a few hours later that ring of what looks like rust had appeared. I'll give it the once over with some silicon paper when I clean it next and hopefully it will for an oxide layer. Still waiting for the batteries to charge then I'll be back. Just wipe it off, it's really not rust, had the same thing on another dripper but not sure ecactly what it is. Think it's some sort of gunk from machining that gets trapped somewhere then seeps out after the first wash. Mine never came back though.

The tobh is an AWESOME atty, you can get them over here for around £12 or so too. Only down side for some is it's dual coil device, no option for singles on it. Still, it's a total cloud chucker.

On a device that has variable voltage and variable watts, if you use the watts it's like auto, it adjusts to suit the coil so a lower ohm coil will be much the same but if you use the volts it's like manual setting so if you fit a lower ohm coil it'll be hotter.
Just a thought

On what device? If using variable wattage it automatically sets itself to whatever coil you use so you need to tweak it manually to get more.

Lower ohms might help, it's all about finding the sweet spot for you. I generally vape on the kayfun all day at 0.9 ohms in a mech mod and then drippers at night around 0.2 ohms. Last night I built a coil at 0.12 ohms and it's one of the best I've ever used, took me by surprise.
I would try a coil a bit lower ohms myself, the temp of the vape can make flavours taste quite different as well as the wicking material used.
Or if the spinner is adjustable raise the volts.

Thanks guys, OK. Well, I'll contact JJ tomorrow then, thanks enjay lairey@sammy13 ronaldo and anyone I missed. Oh, I couldn't say I have changed flavours, I have changed and tried all sorts this past month. But tbh at the moment I'm pretty much using all my flavours in rotation, trying to use up some of my first rooky buys, samples and members stuff. I intend to start mixing very shortly. I have bottles, VG, menthol crystals, syringes etc. Just need some nic base and concentrates. Roll on the 30th, pay day. X Toby The handy thing with Jim is being a supplier of juice he tends to have a good idea what people do and don't suffer from regarding vaping so if it's possible it's vape related he usually has a good idea.

Carrying up steps? Are you mental? You're supposed to pedal up the steps man! Steps I'm on about are mostly stairs..... Did attempt some fairly non steep steps, about ten in a row, other week whilst trying to find a shortcut.... This would of been nothing when I was younger.... Completely arsed it up, hit first step at speed whilst lent to far forward I guess.... Suspension compressed and did a endo, good job no one was watching. Doh I've been checking out bmx's lately, thinking of my youth, jusmoing up stairs etc lol, must be off my head, 40 odd year old on a bmx? Well maybe, actually, yeh, dammit, sod them all, I'm buying one and nobody can stop me!
