Personally I wouldn't use it at all. I would order some better batteries and a quality charger and wait for them to arrive. If it's your only mod use high resistance and make sure not to over discharge the battery. Put it back on charge when it's about 3.2 to 3.3 volts and it will probably be ok. Even a 2.4 ohm coil on this battery is pushing it pretty hard.

This battery only has 2C rating so it's maximum discharge is only 1.8 amps. That means any coils with resistance less than 2.3 ohms are over stressing the battery and since it's not protected or safe chemistry it's not a good enough battery for vaping.
Get yourself some AW or Efest batteries. Better safe than sorry.

Best I can offer is 2 iclear16 with 3 spare heads and a well used ce4. If I had anything decent that wasn't in use I'd definitely be very keen on this. Lovely mod  |

Already got some juice to take with me and apparently there are a few good vape shops where I'm going so planning to see what the local juice wizards are doing. I'll definitely have my own as back up just in case though |

I have some fa spearmint mixed at 10% and it's really strong. Most of the FA concentrates I have tried seem to get stronger with steeping so don't worry if it tastes a bit bland at first. Leave it a few weeks and it will probably be much better

I had one of those for a while and once I got it working properly it was a really good atomiser. What I found was it had to be tilted to fully soak the mesh while using it. It sounds to me like your wick isn't keeping up with your vaping so try tilting it more to feed the wick and coils more. If that's not the problem it might be a small hotspot, I used to find they stuck right at the top or bottom. Use a small screwdriver or cocktail stick and press softly against your coils while firing it and it should work out ok.

Some builds work better with the cotton wool around the coil instead of through the middle. Make sure to leave one of yhe ends of the coil clear to get the best vapour production and it will work just the same as putting it through the middle

JayJ your kick looks wrong to me. If it's working without a kick then I would expect it's your kick that's the problem. They can be a bit fragile and should be in better condition than that one.

I agree, I have bought some that have been excellent and also some that have been crap. Pay your money and take your chance I suppose Buy cheap erik514 and take your choice! I wouldn't condemn it or condone it; each to their own. We all have a budget at the end of the day. Originals are better by a country mile. Just my opinion. Yep true, I have originals and clones and would have only originals if money wasn't an issue. |
