Glad your ok River I've not been on much either since being diagnosed with diabetes i'm trying & failing miserably to get it under control  struggling with what i can & cannot eat & tbh its depressing doc putting me on meds next week so fingers crossed You want to try being a truck driver and being Told to eat healthier. Then you'd be depressed not being able to have a full English everyday! I got told by diabetic nurse i couldn't have chocolate anymore  |

I cant watch any sad animal stories I cant watch vet programmes nor any sad stories on the news....I had to miss corrie while scmichael passed away.....i'm really bad & it affects me for days |
