Ripshod might give it a try on my next build, is it microcoil or twisted micro? and what kanthal you using? Cheers 6 1/ 2 coils of 0.4mm Kanthal, on a 3mm diameter, on the 'W' wide deck. The wick is KGD, though any cotton has proven great. As always the less wick the better.  Until a couple of months ago I was stuck at 16 Watts, until I learned the lesson with the wick. I confess I've had this current build up to 28Watts (calculated - on a nemesis), but the coil got clogged and gave a burnt taste |

He does have a point about the flavour, sub-ohm drippers and tanks are like the American approach to fast cars: just take the easy way out and whack the biggest engine you can find in a basic chassis. Flavour requires a balance of many things working together not just power & airflow and differient liquids favour different solutions like tobaccos are much better with steel, custards with cotton.   It's proper right  |

Ripshod Rose V2 at 20watts - what build are you using out of interest? Oh and 30ml per day holly ****  Can't speak for anyone else, but a 0.8ohm coil really is the sweetest The 30ml per day is taken up by the Smok VCT and my Fogger V4.3 Holy carp, did I really admit that???? |

*-SARIN-* brought it up earlier. The Rose V2 is indeed sweet at 20Watts. However my VCT at 35Watts is sweeter Honestly it's horses for courses. Whatever suits you is fine. Anything above that does not need to be considered - if you're happy stay where you are I'm a juice monster. Don't ask me where I am or I'll say '30ml per day'

Protected ICRs? Really? Would have expected IMRs but hey, I'm no expert.
The specs look good though, the IR points to decent performance and the theory proves itself again - high drain = low capacity.
But then, if you don't need 40Amps there are a lot of better options. Price is going to be 'Premium' for sure. Would need to see some full tests before I make a final judgment.

I love dripping. Great clouds, massive flavour. However, when out and about I'd hardly consider it a convenient option. So I use a Fogger. Same great flavour with slightly smaller clouds. My hand built dual coils with the convenience of a tank saves embarrassment when pished  |

Is this with the 20Watt istick Mrsmac? The 20 watter is renowned for it's poor sensing, giving bad results with any coils below about 1.8ohms no matter how low you set it. The symptoms seem to fit? |

VG & PG, both from ClassiKool. There are cheaper but I've never faulted this source.

Looks Smart. If the TC works and it has a decent 510 then there would be a few interested - me included am sure the 510 will be good like there gear they make maybe them being late in the game with tc could be 1 that works well  |
