It's a minefield I know. But 5000mAh ICR batteries delivering 4Amps plus are all over the various torch forums - like this one. But the batteries we're discussing here are Chinese batteries aren't they?? |

Hoping for some additional info on water. I have a Reverse Osmosis water supply available (I have several fishtanks and I use RO water as it contains no chlorine or chloromine etc). Although the TDS is <10 (compared to around 400 out of the tap) can I assume this is safe to use to thin my VG? I drink the stuff on a daily basis anyway... As H2O goes, it's purer than the commercially available bottled water on the market. At the end of the day it's just deionised water. I use boiled tap water and I'm still alive. |

You could try a different source for the diluents. I've seen a buyer complaining about the 'taste' of the vape he was getting. As soon as just one vaper complains of the taste then I automatically avoid.
I get mine from ClassiKool on Amazon, Boots for VG in a rush.

ICRs and no sign of a protection board at the base, so they could well be 5000mAh. Could possibly deliver a max 2 or 3 Amps (pulse). Certainly not for vaping, but then FT ain't all about vaping I said possibly -  For those skim-reading: NOT FOR VAPING!! |

Be careful when googling. There's a lot of bad results turning up - 'apparently good' information from bad vendors. Have a good look around this very forum. Lots of good advice on good batteries and good vendors. Use the search function to find anything '18650' The blog linked above by archiecat would be a good start though thumb up |
