18490 button tops  its ok a local b&m has some in so i can try and see if they will work when i get the mod I don't understand why you're limiting yourself to the 18490s geordie_vaper. The 18500s will fit and you have a lot better (and probably cheaper) choice.  ETA:  An AW 18490 IS ALSO an 18500. Good price from cloud9  I honestly thought I was going daft for a minute then  |

The difference between the AW18490 and an 18500 is 1mm. Would a flat top make contact with the positive connection?? If yes then any 18500 should do ya. Why are manufacturers speccing AWs? Provari is another one. AWs are carp at higher watts due to their ridiculously high IR Even the new ones are high |

Wrap an elastic band round them. You can still pull off what you need without it unraveling everywhere, without removing the band.

One problem with AWs. High IR (internal resistance) so too much sag to give a useful life. Good for a vamo V5 though I can't get my head round Provari!! |
