Unfortunately not gonna be there. Xmas for the almighty PinkyPuff and the bairns is gonna leave me so broke I'll be eating a tins of aldi bean a week for the rest of the year (while the others pig out on streak, chicken and chocolate) . Seriously, we would come, but we really want to make xmas a little bit special for our youngest this year as it's the first Christmas he'll really remember so every extra penny I have is going towards that. Hope you all have a great time and we'll see you in the new year.

Just dropped to 1.5mg about a month ago. So 500ml of 72mg yeilds 24 litres of liquid. got 500ml in the freezer, about 200ml in cupboard and intend to buy another 2 litres before doomsday. Between us we go through about 20ml a day so we should be good for almost 10 years.

The best way I've found to stop any leaking issues is to split the ends of the wick. On a 2mm coil, push half of each end down into the juice channels and the other half upwards. This is much easier to do after priming the wicks with e liquid. A dual coil build at 0.5 ohms using 9 wraps of 0.4 kanthal at 2mm with these wicks works great at 30-40 watts with no leaking or dry hits.

100s of variations of an unremarkable rda, yet they discontinue their krakens and replacement glasses? Who can read the minds of our Chinese suppliers!!!

A simple but tantalising mix for nut and coffee lovers out there. Been trying to recreate a coffee mix similar to dowe egberts hazelnut coffee. Came up with this. 15% mom and pops sweet joe 5% mom and pops go nutz. pg/vg and nic to taste The extremely fussy PinkyPuff has fallen in love with it. Hope someone else can enjoy it.

Coils

coil resistance is a tricky beast to calculate. You have to factor in variations in impurity and diameter of the wire, how tightly coiled the wire is, coil spacing and even the temp of the wire. Most coil calculations will not use the internal diameter of the coil, but the median diameter, half way between the Internal and external diameter) as the measurement of choice, unless the calculations have been adjusted.
In general, don't expect any coiling calculator to be any more accurate than +- 0.05 ohms, or an even wider tolerance for the poorer ones. Please bear in mind that TC coils are even harder to calculate since they are more prone to variations of temp.
Build based on a proven calculator such as steam engine, then test the resistance of each coil, and match them as best you can.

To be totally honest, the markup of most UK retailers is huge, partially due to the costs imposed by our dear govt and the cost of renting/buying and paying rates on B&M shops.
It really gets up my nose when so many shops sell $4-$5 ce4 ego kits for £10-£20. That is doing more harm to vaping than anything else at the moment. Some of our UK vendors are great, offering decent prices with fast delivery and good customer service, but these are in the minority. I've still to find a b&m store I'd go to before our chinese vendors mainly due to the fact the only stock the most popular devices (I'm a mech and genny man, so I'm stuffed if I wanna find a tank or mod locally) and those that do stock my kinda kit, stock the worst and cheapest possible clones.
All this being said, I do tend to source my mixing gear from the UK (chefs, juice jooce, dark star and just vape 247). Both Uk and Asian retailers have their place in our market.
We are at a point where we need either Uk prices to fall and choice to increase or Asian delivery too be faster or CS to improve if things are gonna change or improve.

For a mod and tank in bag..... a poundland Nintendo DS case is perfect in most cases. For an on the go coiling wicking kit...an 18650 x2 cell case is just the trick.

Well I'm gobsmacked - placed my first ever order with Gearbest, last Wednesday afternoon (a subox Nano kit from their China website) & it arrived today I wish I could share your view of gearbest, but from 4 orders made on 11/11 and 12/11, 2 have been stuck in processing limbo, no doubt due to poor stock tracking systems.

For free AV tools I'd recommend AVG free, and always, and I mean always have Malwarebytes anti malware installed. I've used many AV solutions over the years and there are quite a few nasties out there that block access to updates for AV products, or even prevents AV from running to prevent removal. Malwarebytes is the only one I've found that hasn't had this issue thanks to it's chameleon feature. On top of this it can be used as a second line of defense in case your main AV misses something. Honestly, MBAM (malwarebytes anti malware) can be a lifesaver when your main AV fails.
As for your main issue, follow @vapingbadadvice and check for updates, also check your own systems time and dates are correct.

Seems incredibly fishy. How on earth would royal mail know the nic strength of a liquid in a sealed parcel, or even if it contained nic at all? On top of this a 4.8mg nic base is as weak as a politicians moral compass. Someone is trying to make a quick buck my misleading the public IMO. We have brought out a 4.8mg nicotine, which can be sent via Royal Mail (the quality is the same – you’ll just need to adjust the mixing % slightly if you usually use 72mg). - SLIGHTLY.....this is taking the micky, the piss, extracting the urine, and has the stench of bovine faeces all over it. Not a dig at you puffer2, but this info source has a lot to answer for.

For vg/pg/nic base I use 100ml bottles I have from early vaping days (bought a few 100ml hangsen bottles from fasttech). The wide neck and small size makes them easy to use with syringes without needles.
For mixing larger batches of juice, I use boots 200ml VG bottles.
50ml bottles are really useful for mixing as well, as many concentrates end up mixed at 20%. This lets you add a full 10ml concentrate bottle, measure your nic to suit and top up with pg.vg. or a preferred mix of the two. This lets me mix 50 ml while only actively measuring the nic base.
