At this time I do not believe that current tobacco control legislation carries any mention of open public spaces. However...... The use of local by-laws are all that is needed. By-laws ARE enforceable by way of a FPN (fixed penalty notice.) |

Perhaps someone could enlighten me to the practise of using deionized, filtered or purified water as a dilutlant? De-ionised, filtered water aren't actually recommended thatguy . . . . it's possible to make your own distilled water at home, there are a number of video's on Youtube explaining the ' how to '. Personally if I do dilute with water instead of vodka, then I just use boiled and cooled tap water - after 36 years smoking, should there be a few microbes they won't be any worse than what I put into my lungs for all that time. Ggggrrr just checked that link and could have saved another 7p a bottle  Lol . . . . it's a handy option if you want to buy any quantity, your local Boots doesn't stock it or makes hard work out of buying it - which some do. The saving is an added bonus.  Or, an even more simple approach is to have a few Boots managers/pharmacists as clients. The world suddenly becomes one's oyster.  |

I've recently had an epiphany thanks to Perpetua. Just working my way through DIY ginger cream. I have Danish cinnamon whirl with some added extras steeping. |

Why couldn't you get on with them tsoko ? Every mix I made from proper recipes off garnier81 from UKV all had a slight bitter taste. I know it is not my nic and base mixes because I have made Kreeds Kustard and RA concentrates and they are fine. There is something in the F'art concentrates that does not agree with me. It is a shame really because I spent a lot on these and now I cant use them. Mate, if they've not gone come Friday I'll have them. |
