Don't think I can explain better than Chris really, the tobacco ejuice flavours are more of a representation of a cigarette flavour.

Some juices I vape the smell hangs in the air for a bit in a pleasant way, others don't at all.

There is always the sweetness in the PG or VG to cope with - it shouldn't bother you much unless you get an overfilled cart and it gets on your lips or you manage to slurp it up - don't worry about it, we've all done it. Practice makes perfect (not in my case, but for normal people it does ).

In your place I would buy 2-3 5ml bottles from James in whatever baccy flavours take your fancy - won't break the bank and will give you some idea.

Steve, the 60ml's is a very good offer but might be best to try some of the smaller 5ml ones for only £3.00 to begin with as Scylla suggests.

60mls would last most people at least a month.

Why not buy 5ml Benson Fences and 5ml LnB from James? They are both supposed to be baccy-like and they've both got their fans here amongst your fellows

Oh! and get a piece of blue stuff while you're at it, for stuffing.

The little cartridges in the starter pack. Tiny writing on the cellophane to denote strength. Had to get my loop out to read it!!

It's blue foamy stuff that's an improvement on what comes in the carts. You cut it into little rectangles and you can rinse it out and use it over and over. Last time I looked James did a little sheet of it for 50p.
