No worries Chrissie. From the youtube vids, the Tornado looks like it has a different style of charger + it has a charger adaptor that the Riva dosen't have.

The chargers work both ways on the Riva and Tornado, its the same connection. But the Tornado charger takes 6 hours, where the Riva charger takes only 2.5hrs to charge. So the Tornado charger will be good for a spare if nothing else.

My £40 Riva will slowly transform into a cheaper Tornado

Mine all take not more than two hours using the 'Mega' charger (not suitable for normal e-cigs). I use the same charger for my Tornado and Riva batteries. It came from Totally Wicked and doesn't need an adapter as it's not the 'box' type. It's THIS ONEFox

oh dear, I'm even struggling with the blue filler from James :-[
For some reason I much prefer the filling that comes with the carts. Wish somewhere sold it.

Hissie, the white fluval is as good as identical to the filling you get in carts. However, you can buy dry cartridges for filling so cheaply these days.

Thanks Chrissie.
I've rinsed both the white fluval filling and the blue filling to see if that takes away the chemical taste.
Maybe I either just need to mess about with it or like you suggest, buy new re-fillable carts.

the trick with the blue stuff apparently is cut a bit that's a little too big and compress it in James

Hissie Just thought - if you PM me your address I'll happily send you some of my filler to try, if you like. It's very, very like the stuff in the filled carts. (white & soft) I like it the best & prefer it to the "foam" type filler.

Taken from Strictlyejuice website...... The ever most popular "Blue Foam" Cartridge Filler; as requested, by numerous customers! Please follow our instructions below and you will be successful in using our Blue Foam cartridge filler. This blue foam is a perfect replacement to the "norm," cartridge fluval filler. Tapered to half the size of the original filler, this foam helps prevent you from wasting as much juice that remains absorbed in fluval cartridge material. Additionally, this foam will not get caught into your atomizer's bridge. Each blue foam is cut approximately double the size of a 901 and 510 cartridge's opening. Simply compress it with tweezers, or, any tool you prefer, and "Stuff" it in your cartridge. Each Package contains 10 tapered, "Blue Foam," cartridge fillers (up to 10 cartridges); and can be washed or reused easily. Instructions for Use: A Big Thank You to our 6016 successful use stories! (Note: Please do not double or fill your cartridge with two pieces of blue foam, this will defeat each individual foam's purpose. You want to make certain that you have a reservoir of e-juice below the filler, if you place two fillers, then the bottom filler will soak your juice, which will decrease the amount of juice sent to the atomizer)

I've got loads of wadding Hissie if you want some of that - it's the same thing in essence - I used to sell it for a about £1.50 a metre in my shop - much cheaper than buying a small pack of 'fluval' on Ebay. PM me if you would like some.
