So hopefully none of this legislation comes in to place, but if it did, what would it mean for us?
Would we have to stop completely? With grizzwolds juice start getting sold behind a counter with ciggie tax on? Would we be phoning up e-juice dealers and meeting them in alleys?

Pretty much wouldn't be allowed to get any liquids over 0.4mg and any hardware will be heavily taxed. Effectively making it less appealing while making more money for the health service and government

I can't work out they could stop home mixers. Devices would still be available as there are no plans to prohibit them. But it would kill off the uk industry and keep any new joiners out.

Hmm I think if it becomes clear that it will be happening, I will be learning how to mix at home for sure.. Either that or I will spend a lot of money on a lifetime supply.

You would still be able to mix your own but we wouldn't be able to get any liquids with more than 0.4 mg in. There lies the issue

Allowing for 3mls a day (generous in my case), a litre will last about a year. I have 2 litres of 10mg nic base made up in glass bottles in the freezer and ready to mix with flavours. If and when it happens that`s my stash and it will be time to start weaning myself off the nic by gradually reducing the nic content over a long period. From what I have read on the net, it really should be so slow as to be barely noticeable and pretty painless ...............I hope lol

In Denmark nicotine is banned for sale as a vaping product, but still available as a pesticide. So they work around it that way. The thing is this legislation if it goes through as it is, is calling for all nicotine liquid over 4mg to be classed as a medicinal product. That would make it hard to get hold of, even via the pesticide route. Many think they will just get it from China, but the legislation is also calling for an EU wide ban on cross border sales too. Which basically mean internet sales. If possible I will break the law to get it, as the consequences of doing so do not out weigh the probable consequences of me returning to smoking analogues. I can see it now, bring in prison and being asked "what you in for?" and me replying "got caught with 30ml of Lemon Meringue 18mg with intent to supply"

I really dont see it happening in the way it stands now, it`s just crazy and totally lacking in any kind of insight or reason with that sort of limit.

However the legislation eventually pans out, they won't be able to ban or tax: batteries metal tubes wick wire PG VG flavourings So the only issue is the nicotine base. Getting a couple of litres in over the coming months and storing them in the freezer is really the only precaution we can and need to take.

Kids being pulled up in cars with the rozzers saying "Can I smell Custard!" It'd be insane!
Anyone in their right mind can see this just isn't viable and unlikely workable, but watching the eu parliament meetings, we are not dealing with people in their right minds.
Dr Farsalinos made a good point about them allowing higher strength nic juice, but banning flavours. If they did vendors would just sell the nic juice in one bottle and the flavour in the other. We all know it's just food flavouing and they cannot ban or regulate those.
