Roachie I spent ages designing it on paper so I had a rough idea of what I was going to do. That all went belly up though and I just made it up as I went along.

Thanks, I'm having a total nightmare with the button so I doubt I'll be going into mass production any time soon!

It's such a small space to work in it's really difficult to get everything positioned. I'm also thinking it should have a fuse, the atty gets hot quick. Back to the drawing board.

You'll not get a fuse in there. If you're using the pcb board from the torch with the spring on it, if a short occurs, the spring will collapse to prevent further damage.
