PM him. Personally I think a march is not a goer. Gathering at the end of Downing st. Chugging on our PVs and handing out leaflets might draw attention. Always plenty of media hanging around there.

IF you could get enough people, they will all promise to go and you will end up with 20. Don't get me wrong IF it could be pulled off properly, then it might have an impact.

You really do have a downer on them don't you? They are a new committee and if Matt (womble) is anything to go by, will be much more proactive in the future. Yes I do, but I guess mostly because previous committees haven't seen political action as a priority. I hope that you are right about the new one.

It's easy to hire chairs or scooters for a day. roger I know what you mean. I made that point in the other thread. People are all full of it sat behind theirccomputerctyping, but actually DOING is another thing altogether

As I have posted in another thread, I feel it is time for all the forum ECCA reps to get together and coordinate any action. Unite & Fight. Excellent idea. Get them together now, wait to see exactly what we are fighting against and then take em down in one swift blow in court. I wonder when they unite, if it's a bit like the Power Rangers when they all connected together to make that Megazord? lol LOL I'll probably end up being the ass end

If we held the next LSE vape meet (probably end July time) outside Downing street, how many would come?

You really do have a downer on them don't you? They are a new committee and if Matt (womble) is anything to go by, will be much more proactive in the future. I promise you I am doing my very best. If I don't think ECCA are doing enough I will step down as forum rep, as I will then have more time to campaign on my own, the time atm I am putting to ECCA. I have made it clear to ECCA, I think they need more help, they need people who will campaign on behalf of ECCA, need someone who understands how the press works, they need someone who is level headed and can talk to politicians... all of them, they need someone who will pro actively try to get onto radio and tv. I have also said I think we should concentrate on the bans atm and not pro actively going after bad vendors, obviously I don't want ECCA to stop looking after consumers, they can still do that if someone reports a problem, but atm the EU and MHRA proposal is more important. Atm this is the message I am pushing on behalf of forum members. Please add anything you want, we need to do something and we need to do it now. If you don't agree then fine, lmk, I am there to put your points across. The ECCA reps are talking all the time on the ECCA private forum, so we are working together and communicating. Personally I think the march isn't worth doing. I have thought about it before, but I feel a better way would be for individual areas to get together and do something. I await your ideas.

ECCA is happy to fight both sides of the coin. But and this is a big but, we need your help, there are 5 of us atm, and we simply can't do everything. I beleive someone in this thread was asked if he could help, but turned it down ( I can't remember the reasons now).
Currently with the resoucres ECCA has at its disposal, we feel we are better placed to focus on consumer issues, and help get safe products to the consumer.
