yes Pepperty - and as I have ordered 30 coil heads of fast tech a few weeks ago - still to come - I shall be very busy when they all need to be redone - hope the torch comes tomorrow - will have hubby at my side to prevent any problems - lol

Now I have my wire I keep looking at it...............and ..it's going to be fiddly - this stuff is tiny!
I can start microcoils for protanks now, I have the gear in, maybe if I try with them it'll give me confidence to tackle further coils. Or I'll just be a coward, wait until Liverpool vape meet next month and take my gear along and ask for help!!!

you can do it Pepperty - I am absolutely certain of that - hey we have mastered the mixing - which looked awfully complicated - till I did it myself - now it's the coils - we master that as well - and then - good bye EU - you can't beat us vapers

Go for it Pepperty you won't know until you try, if it gets frustrating put all your stuff down and try another day.

Once you do the first one and it works it gets easier every time and you will find a way that suits you best.....sooner or later it will become second nature.

yup, as long as I sit down to it in the morning, good light - lots of energy - I'm sure I can do it?

After all, I can follow complex cross-stitch patterns, I have crocheted, and knitted -even aran cable work, have built airfix kits with son, frantically assembled matchbox multi level garages/ hornby rail sets/scalextric tracks Xmas morning - multitasking like a bitch! have braided, plaited and pigtailed my daughters hair....have cooked complex recipes, have grouted and tiled, decorated and wallpaper hung, fitted carpets and managed to lay laminate flooring, in fact I've even sanded parquet flooring!¬ ...surely some fiddly work with weeny wires can't defeat me?

We'll it didn't take you long to master that   Glad your enjoying your first microcoils ans CW.

I was was quite impressed myself finding that old cufflinks box for packaging

I was surprised myself how quick I did it - mind you it was with your premade coil now I need to master to make my own micro coils - but am very positive now - it's like with a lot of things - looks so complicated but when you hav done it it's not - when I first took a coil apart some weeks ago - I could hardly get the bottom bit back in again - till I figured out now - that you put the plastic part in first - duh- but really with your coil it took me about 5 minutes - not bad for a first time

it gets a lot quicker every time you do one as confidence grows it is a good skill to learn though and nothing to fear anyone can learn
