What made you upgrade to a mech mod?

jaysey just tried one of mine with 18650 nipple top and standard upper contact and you need all the tubes including beauty ring and with kick installed.

Try your button tops with kick and all tubes

Not sure what kick you have but it may be different length to my evolve which could make a difference.

For 18650 nipple top without a kick you need just the biggest and second biggest tubes, you need to lose the smallest stainless tube and the 5mm beauty ring

I bought some Mechanicals for the zombie apocalypse.

In some respects, they are a downgrade if you ask me...



I run 2 of them with no kick and another kicked to 10watts.

Further consideration as to "why" would take some thought. I don't sub ohm, but I do "low ohm".... most of my stuff won't allow this.
They are shiny. They are stylish. I hope that once all the rest have found their way into the bin of broken junk, they will save the day.

If this was December 2015, I'd be saying.... stock up....

Oh maybe you have crunchy switch syndrome    I found the magnets made a massive difference although others didn't. Not sure what you've ordered but the N45 strength are preferable.

Tbh I found magnets make the clicky worse, as for clones the hcigar one I have is excellent although tbf my focal one is working good now after a bit of switch tweaking.

I've also chopped a piece off the end of a 2mm drill bit for the little pin, works way better, nicer fit.

I was sick of the length of my Vamo, so I switched to the Atmizoo Lab - a side-firing 18500 mech mod.

I almost went for a HanaModz DNA30, but wasn't sure if I'd like a box mod.

On about my 3rd 60ml pot, the description is like cigarillos but with added spice and I guess that is what it is. Cigarillos isn't my favourite but the added spicy notes in Minotaur add something that I quite like. Not sweet spicy , not overpowering but like all HoL complex, interesting and satisfying.
