Sorry guys just seen this post, mrs mac after speaking with you on the phone on Friday where you expressed your concern with the kayfun, we agreed on you returning the product for a full refund we are still waiting for the return to issue a refund the email was the reponse we received from the manufacture and was forwarded to you for your info to a reply to your email. it was not in any way to suggest we will not be refunding you for the product as this was already agreed on Friday, please don't feel guilty about starting this thread as i can understand your concerns. Ash Thank you myepack, for clarifying the position in this instance. Trial by forum is never a productive way of resolving an issue in my opinion and experience. As Mrsmac problem is well on the way to being sorted out, I believe it's an appropriate moment for this thread to be locked. |
