Have to agree about the lavatube batteries I bought a cheap 4000 mah one as well and its even worse! I've bit the bullet and ordered an AW 2900 mah today and I'm hoping that will give me a whole day on a single charge.

- The Rok Star. Soon got fed up with the air flow adjustment and unscrewing the tank by mistake. Everything is bespoke which means replacing atomises and batteries is expensive. Even with the air flow adjustment I could never get the draw how I liked it never mind get it to stay there.

- Bud tank atomisers - on paper looked good. Nice big clear tank and very cheap. Had a couple and tried it on a few different batteries and never produced much vapour and the taste was always ruined by the taste of the cheap plastic mouth piece.

Hits

- the lavatube. Just fantastic. Great performance and total freedom of choice when it comes to atomisers and batteries.

- SD Key ring. Worth it just for the piece of mind it gives me. It means I wont have to resort to smoking ever, ever , ever even if I break or lose my lavatube.

So disappointed about the RokStar, it should have been brilliant for newbies and the Buds - well, I've yet to get one working so's you'd notice.

The most reliable annual disappointment is manufacturers releasing and retailers retailing models that are not fit for the market >

Other misses for me are clearos and clear DCCs whose plastic tubing comes away from the fitting - juice all over the place Smokies are back in favour with a perfectly snipped cocktail stick

Ok then, highs

Provari- superb vaping device, my introduction to vv vaping, I remember fighting the urge to tear the limbs off of the customs people that were delaying its arrival

megalodon- brilliant device especially in mini don mode and I love the switch on these, also my first venture into 5v vaping and my first real nic overdose

Lavatube- You can buy 5 of these for the price of a provari with an 18650 end cap and they do the same job minus a couple of little functions.

Clockworks RTA, so good I bought 2 Put a mesh wick in one and it hoovered up the juice faster than I could buy it but the best flavour I ever experienced

Clockworks RDA, hands down the best dripping device I've used.

V3 arry tank- simple and very effective tank system for boges, them bullet proof little carto's

Cocomel- tastes best with about 4v rammed up its rear end through a 2ohm coil My all day vape, best served in an RTA

Grizwald- mixing god, I will not be told different!

Whiskey cream- The clogger of coils but the taste of nectar, the only thing that could truly handle this stuff was the RDA till I tried the new ultimate CE2s, once a little modification has been performed I can get about 5 tanks out of one before the coil clogs and I have to clean it

CE2s- I hated the first incarnation of these but the new ultimate ones are great once modded.

The riva- that little gem that got me away from the ciggie lookalikes, it was loaded with paradise vapes LnB back then when I craved tobacco flavours and I still vape with it to this day

The Keyring- for the peace of mind it gives me knowing that it can perform as well as a big mod should their batteries ever let me down when I'm out

And I could go on but I won't, cos then I'd have to mention Jason

Lows

Kangers- Bustad little things that for me gave a nasty chemical taste

Bulli A2s- Disappointing cool vape from a very well engineered device

Arctic cherry- not cos it's bad, quite the opposite, I loved it but it gave me nasty dry spots in the mouth

Those expensive little cigarette lookalikes that I first started vaping with before I knew all the good stuff existed

HI RY5- I coughed and spluttered over everyone/thing in a 5 yard radius and it took what seemed like ages to get rid of that taste >

I've had many good vaping experiences and many bad, all the above represent the extremes for me
