Funnily enough rips video went up today and so did twisteds, with screen shots in from a convo with a guy named kurt from cloud chasers inc.

Even the screen shots on that phone do not show he is taking money for reviews.

Its all to do with the app which is nothing to do with being impartial for reviews.

If evidence does come out showing he is on the take for reviews I will stand corrected.

I'm still neither team, I still stand by my original comment, as long as he reviews impartially, I couldnt care less if he's being paid. I just thought it was funny new videos from both sides (i'm subbed to both) came out on the same day.

I've never subscribed to rip trippers I'm a simple vaper long as iI got good flavour I'm done lol but I have neither seen nor heard anything about him taking money or anything for other then the app. I do now he spent a lot of his own money to establish himself as a reviewer and is now profiting from it as everyone of us would in his position he is not that stupid to get caught doing reviews for money it would end his brand in short order. I still think there is a lot more here then we know and we'll likely never have the full story, reviewing is a labour of love mostly done by people with a genuine interest in the community wanting to get good info out there although there are some in it for wwhat they can get thankfully despite what they think their motives ooze in their reviews and are easily seen for what they are .

Not 1 of his reviews has made me go out and buy an atomizer or mod, but his coil videos are what keeps me interested

Twisted and grimm are what makes me want to buy stuff

dont know why, i guess they were the first reviewers i found when i first got into vaping

what about the likes of PBursardo he could not put the time facilities and money into the productions he puts on without earning something surely!

Yet his reviews seem reasonably honest to me, if a bit long winded.

As for Rip, his reviews a a hoot, dont really care if he earns a few bob as well.

Don't they all get paid by You Tube when they get enough hits? Not that I watch many reviews. I tend to listen to people on the forum who are using the stuff, than some of the twits on there.

I've been trawling through this thread each time i'm bored, for me it's who gives a flying f..k about american reviews, have job understanding them half the time (off to cali this year so i'm in trouble lol), bit of a dinosaur here rarely use utube, but reviews I enjoy is Todd, think I spoke to him once does not live far from me and the scottish guy who does reviews from his shed and car and kitchen, these seem genuine and beliveable to me. Maybe they not and i'm not tuned into social media, but hey ho lol.

Todd is the Scottish guy in the shed do you mean Scott Bonner he's from the smoke yeah I watch those two as well and I like pbursado for the real tech low down and while not everyone's cup of tea I enjoy twisted420 as well he is a little more light hearted and I feel he enjoys doing it not just a chore for him. Rip has some fantastic building vids but his normal style does my head in and I can't watch him for more then a few seconds way to in the face and I do sometimes think he's less then sincere all the time. Reviewers have to be realists every company releases a lemon now and then and you cannot be completely honest about all the shortcomings as you'll never get another product for review from them or from any shop that is an official reseller. Good reviewers get the message across when something isn't good without trashing it and that's what i mean with the insincere part about rip it is subtle but you can tell when he genuinely feels something is good and when he doesn't. I still think a lot of this is about knocking someone down whose pulled themself up and perhaps an unhappy person taking pot shots for not getting what they want.
