Boots VG

Was chatting to a friend of a friend about vaping ( I gave him the run down about building coils) and he gave me the run down on mixing he told me he uses boots VG at £1.39 for 200ml anyone else use this too?

Yes, I've used it loads, right up until two or three weeks ago..
Popped in to pick up a couple of bottles and I was told they no longer stock it

It's a seasonal item, normally disappears for a while then re-appears. It seems however that they have caught on to the fact that vapers use it and generally only stock the flavoured stuff now. You can still get it through Boots online though.

used it for a couple of years now, quite convenient just to pop into town for it when needed, i add 10% Vodka to thin it a bit for some recipes though thats my personal preference, it's not always needed

Lloyds chemist sell it also, in dark bottles but I generally have to ask the chemist for it

You know with boots you can order it in the shop for them to get it off their online store then you can pop back in and collect it when it arrives? Bet they forgot to mention that lol

It's all I've ever used since I started DIY....'cos My Step-Daughter was working in Boots Pharmacy! Tho' Their 'staff discount' is negligible....!

Me too.....its all ive ever used, plus the empty bottles are great for keeping ejuice in ;-)
I used to thin it down with vodka but dont bother now.

Bought 5litres of VG online after my first ten bottles of boots, you know to make bulk mixes? But I still buy boots when I'm passing and it's in stock (usually is, but only 2 or 3 bottles) I like to pour off the excess into my bulk 5l and use the remainder in a 200ml mix of one of our ADVs. Use the 200ml bottles again and again and again!
