If you are using 510s (as I've said on the other thread), you will get less battery life than with a 901 - perhaps that's it?

That Noalox stuff Chrissie talks about, or maybe WD40 would help, at a push Raggy? Duct tape if it comes undone and WD40 if it squeaks; simplez!

Duct tape if it comes undone and WD40 if it squeaks; simplez! hi foxy, i wiped a very small amount of wd40 on the button end joint, and all is fine. i am a bit worried about it allowing the whole thing too work though. raggy

It is a metallic conductive grease it should work on the main threads... (Tiny amount!!!)

lol........ ive just got my new black mk2. prof: my atty spring is 3mm or so off centre, any tips on getting it straight. Yes, get it straight, get a Riva !! About the same pressure as I'm applying, to pull you over to a Riva !! Better yet, why not get an E-cig where you don't have to worry about losing springs or buttons ...... ya know, like a Riva !!

has anyone got a cure for the dryness of the SD joints, both my black mk2 SDs squeak really bad when screwing them on or off to change the batteries. this cant be doing the threads a lot of good. raggy........ Yes, I've got a cure for you Raggy ...... guess what it is ...... Yup, get a Riva !!

Just looked at the rest of the forum and it's major Screwdriver Overload !! Wouldn't it be a better idea to merge all the SD threads in to one - and then get the living legend that is good ole Prof, to Mod it with his abundant experience and expertise ?? ??? I'm not sayin, I'm just sayin
