I have had the most frustrating vaping day - and can't work out why. I began the day with a newly filled cart on my pass-through. Yuk - mouth full of juice. Squished out some juice, tried again, another mouthful. So got another fresh cart, started again - same thing. So grabbed my Tornado, had a nice vape, so took the cart off that and put it onto the pass-through - and yet again, a mouth full of juice. Back on to Tornado, no problem. I have spent the entire day trying to get a vape via the pass-through, and can't get it right - whatever I do, jucie and more juice. > It doesn't make any sense. Any ideas anyone? :-[

Lilac - no, different attie. The one on the passthrough is getting very hot though, and sizzling a lot.

Thanks Lilac - I was only saying yesterday how brilliant this attie has been - one month and has been wonderful. Spoke too soon. Off to change it.

That was it - needed new attie. But on the way - discovered two 'new' ones appear dead before even getting going. It's really not my day!

I usually get a mouth full of juice if the attie isn't up to much or the battery is running low on power.
Not having a good time with my SD MKII. Only put a new charged battery in this morning & it's feeling low on power already.

Hissie - I am finding the same with my SD - well certainly the battery that it came with. Doesn't seem to fully charge. The Kaidomain one seems to be working better. I have sucked in so much blummin juice today - I can't get rid of the taste. It's horrible. Have got through half of bottle of mouth wash trying!

I would be amazed if an SD battery lasted me more than 2-3 hours I'm talking about the 880mAh Spiderfires; the 1000mAh I bought from Kaidomain seem to be duds, the only one I've got life out of lasted longer than the 880s - but still not a whole day. scylla

Thankfully - am now fudgeless MM. I hadn't considered that the attie was failing, as it was getting hot. I must have misunderstood something I read on here weeks ago, where I thought hot attie meant it was working okay. I now know better.

Well it's certainly confusing when both hot and cold means it ain't working scylla I'm a bit confused myself. ??? I use a tornado with a 510 atty which always runs hot and it vapes well. I also have been using the same atty for 6 weeks up to now. I would have thought that if it went cold and no longer vaped it would be dead, at least thats what happened to my others. Ken.

With the Mk1 SD I've always found the purple Spiderfires last 4 or 5 hours with a standard 901 atty, the yellow 100mah ones last me more like 7 0r 8 (like the Mk2 batteries). BUT with low res 901s, the batteries will last less time. (510s draw more current than standard 901s and so will drain the batteries faster. Similarly LR510s will drain batteries faster than LR901s)
