Thank you for letting me know what you think, it's really helpful to know. Written reviews across AAEC are the way forward.
Thank you for listening to the responses you received. So many Vendors nowdays do not seem to do that.
Good luck in your ventures.

....
This doubtless confirms my dinosaur status! hehe - you and me both!
To the OP - this is a written forum (perhaps supported by pics and videos), not youtube. Written reviews seem a logical format for this media. Least ways, that's my thoughts.

... I think this is to do with new EU rules regarding online shopping. If you use a card online you now have to input a a one time code every transaction, some banks send you the code via an app, others are sending the code by text. Oh, ah. I see. Thanks. There is some similar here with regards to sending codes to mobiles for some actions with the finance/banking people - BUT before I have signed with any of 'em I make perfectly clear I do not have a mobile they can use, nor will I dfeal with their "apps", so they must find another way or loose my business. So far it's worked, but, I guess, my reluctance to join the 20th century (*) can only last so long. And, again, sorry to the op - this is nothing that'll help you with your original question. * Yes - I know it is now the 21 st century. I'm really behind the phone tech times !

Seems odd to me that a bank would require the ownership of a mobile phone, but whatever ... Is there anything in their ownership rules that says it must be turned on? * As one who has managed to avoid falling down the mobile rabbit hole ... and has a prepaid "something simple" in case of emergency - which has never been used as a phone. Makes a pretty good travelling alarm clock though
** No, sorry, I cannot give any useful advice about mobiles.

Nasty business.
Not only for nic vapers with the bad publicity - but also for those directly medically affected (poisoned).
I gain the strong impression this all comes down to "blackmarket" or "underground" product produced to standards lower than necessary for human consumption. So the product contains bad compounds that are essentially poison when ingested.
I really wonder about the real merits - benefit vs cost - of the two sides: a) Ban it and deal with the resultant blackmarket underground supply OR b) legalise it and ensure the product meets basic "fit for consumption" guidelines.
YES, I know there are lots of surrounding arguments about the merits of allowing "bad" things to be made available - and this applies to all the common "party" drugs right thro to all the hardcore stuff ... BUT, hell, the resultant blackmarket stuff now is often cut with heavens knows what poison and is certainly not the way to properly sort it.
WE in Aust have the exact same issue with vaping nic. It's effectively banned. So blackmarket it is. Mostly vapers are directed toward "reputable" offshore suppliers ... but, really, it's only a matter of time before some similar trouble comes from "underground" supply of nic to raw, uneducated vapers here.
Yeah - it's a hard one and I can see both sides, sorta. But, hell, setting up an environment that encourages selling stuff laced with drain cleaner or pesticide just doesn't sit well with me - to put it mildly.

Thanks everyone for your comments.... they all make sense! Maybe no need to go fancy coil for my meager needs! ..... but they do look luvely!!
I'm one who hasn't gone with any fancy coils either. Simple round wire did it when I first started winding coils, and I never saw any need to change ... Cannot comment if there is advantage or not with 'em though *shrug*

Damn, I missed it. Was Monday just gone. Too much other activity going on ...
SIX!
It's still a wonder to me I kicked the smokes. I don't care what anyone says, I know vaping works.
And it's due to folks like you who post in places like this that I - and likely many others - did make it.
The other day a couple of us were remembering what we started out with ... and, gee, newies nowdays are spoilt for choice with decent reliable gear. And I certainly had far more choice than those who came before.

No badly discarded e-liquid bottles seen in my travels ... but that's hardly surprising.
My thoughts are simple: Doesn't matter what it is, there is always those who'll abuse it. And there are always those who think nothing of littering. Some are just damned rough with no regard for their surrounds or others.
