Knocked this one up from a 22mm brass olive: Still some finishing to do. These are easier to convert but are very flimsy.

7 x 0.5 is 510.
12 x 0.5 is Ego.

Experimenting with 22mm olives. Less work required to convert those I think. Will try to do something this evening. Came across a stash of 22mm pipe and fittings waiting to be scrapped, at work yesterday.

Fashioned from a 22mm copper pipe off cut with a semi circular file and a dremel. Took about an hour and I am chuffed! Will paint it matt silver when I get some time.

I got two which I have been using for a couple of months now..
It suits my purpose as in I adjust to taste and it's pretty consistent around the 10 watt mark and gives me a similar vape to my Zmax/TZmax set to 10 watts with the same atty. So I never bothered connecting it to a Oscilloscope to check.

You also need to install the drivers..Just software will not cut it..
You don't need a ISO or anything. Just copy the contents of the CD to your flash drive and transfer it.
If it is read codes from your Astra, there is a brake pedal/accelerometer trick you can use.

You would normally only use a water/vodka if you were mixing a VG heavy juice and have trouble getting it to wick.
The reason for using distilled or deionized water is that pure water is not conductive. In this respect de-ionized is better of the two, but in the quantities used, it hardly matters for e-juice applications. I have used tap water on occasion with no noticeable difference or you could use melt water from freezer frost which is as close to distilled as you can get at home without actually boiling water and collecting the distillate.
You can get de-ionized water in Tesco for pennies too. It's in the automobile section as it is used in battery maintenance.

Sounds more like a filling issue. If you have juice in the air hole that means the chamber is overflowing.
If you over fill or fill too quickly the pressure will be so great that the juice will force it's way and saturate the wicks and overflow. I presume you are filling it whilst keeping it on it's side or upside down allowing the air in the tank to escape as it gradually fills. If not, that could be the issue.
If you want some additional wicking, just hold your finger over the airhole and suck gently without activating the mod.

I wanted to post about my ills, but decided against it. Just think of the unfortunates who have it worse and plod on, I guess.
Sidenote:EGR=exhaust gas recirculation valve, the bane of many a car on the roads following stringent pollution controls. Can be removed and cleaned in most cars to good effect. Just give it 12volt (usually the extreme end contacts) and the selenoid will open enabling you to clean it thoroughly with carb cleaner.

Plenty of youtube videos around which walk you through how you can attempt a fix without opening anything.

Sure why not? However, I don't want to make your Hubby jealous and steal his happiness when he gifts it to you.. Know what I mean? Look at it this way...You could buy any number of cheap mods and will still be wanting the Titanide.. Or you could just buy it..It's not prohibitively expensive..
