Lol oops I think I will leave them a week, then sample them. What if they need more flavouring, do I just add a couple of drops then leave them a couple of days? How do you work out how much pg and vg to use to make a 70/30 mix notice the chart just says pg and vg with how ever many drops combined? Thanks Summer I also use the same app as you. If it gives a total of 17 mil ( for example ) of pg/vg just work out 10% Ie = 1.7mil, then just multiply by the amount you want . Example if you want 30% vg then then multiply 1.7 mil by 3 which equals 5.1 mil. The rest would be pg up to the 17mil. It doesn't work out exact because you have pg in flavourings etc. but I have found it near enough. Hope that helps |

Just made a visit to a store local to me (stoke) that i did'nt know about, found them online as they also have a website, small but quite well stocked, i had to spend a little whilst i was in there so i had a chrome 3.5ml vivi Nova set and a ego plinth, very freindly aswell (vaperstall) I wish we had someone in the Berkshire area...I don't think there's one even remotely near |

Sorry, but I'm jumping into this thread again. I know tastes are personal but I've vaped Shire Malt, Sweet Georgia Peach & Kentucky Bluegrass exclusively now for 3 months. For me, they knock everything else out of the park. You may disagree!  I absolutely hated it, but then I like the vision nano...seems I'm on my own there as well  |

Hi Phildo, so pleased you are getting on ok with your new Riva. I have been using mine since the beginning of my journey into vaping and its still going strong, 9 months later.
I can't answer all of your questions but it sounds as if you don't have the cartos moist enough. For the first time it's best to fill using the condom method. There is a help of how to do this under pics and videos. I personally can't get on with them but lots of people prefer them. I presume your kit came with a clearomizer also? Give that a try until you master the filling of the cartomisers. They are really easy, just tilt and fill ( trying not to get it down the centre pipe ) you can see how much juice is left and a full one will last for ages.
I have just ventured into making my own. As yet I've only done fruit Menthol ( my main vape) With guidance from some great vendors and lovely people on here it has turned out really nice....and cheap as chips.

Yes but I was thinking of simply putting a slant on what people are already organising to help spread the word. Meeting one odd ball may tcause a gue interest that could be added to with a larger group getting together. There is also the possibility of media interest on a local level, they are less likely to have a vested interest in the anti movement. Most smokers will have seen a disposable, how many are even aware mods or rebuilable atomizers even exist. Good idea, how true your last statement also. The times I have sat outside of a cafe with other smokers drinking my coffee and the comments start flowing " what is that, ooh I haven't seen one like that before" I've seen the ones that look like a cigarette but not one that gives of smoke like yours " ...and so on . As well as non smokers we need to help educate the smokers of whats out there. Unless they find a forum like this they remain as I once was ....clueless |

Reading this still makes me blush 9 months on. I couldn't get my Riva going either, wasn't pressing the button, posted on here and the lovely people told me what to do. Promptly did that and got a mouthful of juice.....this time I hadn't screwed the tip on the clearo, just pushed it in !!! Seems a long time ago now but if it hadn't been for this forum I probably would have given up and gone back to the stinkies   Charlie |

Thanks for the suggestions peeps! AndyB - daveyboy is correct, the itaste delivers a hit which is akin to the days when i smoked, especially when i crank up the voltage, but even if i was less concious about it's looks, its simply too clunky to carry about. OK, assuming the suggestions that Brambles has given me don't suit, is there a non cig-like vaping kit that is similar in size to the elites I've been smoking that you'd recommend?? Candlestick a 400mah battery with a vision NANO is really small and discreet. Get mine from vapeescape |

Might well be Blackarrow. Yes Roscopecotrain, had one clearo completely fall apart in my pocket last night whilst out collecting my son, luckily there wasn't much juice left in it. I haven't tried cleaning the nano as only got it today. Filled it up with juice, blew through it ti make sure it was clear, then sucked hard a few times before attaching it to the Riva battery. I know its working as it gave a really nice vape, but tasted terrible. Irishcas don't know about you but I am finding vaping enjoyable but frustrating getting to know the equipment and what works and how to fix it when it goes wrong. I just want something that I can fill up and go. I have been using the Nanos for a few weeks now. Unfortunately they don't clean, just throw away. Don't blow through them either...it doesn't work., It floods them. Fill them up thn close off the end and then take 4-5 hard sucks to get the juice well into the wick. Lovely vape and lovely taste |
