Yes, another vote for Paradise Vape.
Got one of these blister packs for a friend and it was fine. The last few were being offered at £7 each when I looked a few days ago, though they are not the same as the pretty coloured ones they had in for £8 recently. Still a great buy, and a good supplier despite the somewhat less-than-perfect website.

How were your hands last night? Thanks for asking! Well, I thought they were a bit warmer. But then this morning they were cold again before I had my first vape. So I think it is probably my meds that are doing it but I was blaming vaping. I'll stick to nic-free again this evening and see how it goes again. It's less enjoyable than my usual 18mg, but better than nothing. To be honest, I really hope it is not vaping that does it, as I have been enjoying the hobby immensely since I started in March. Since then, I have only smoked real tobacco twice, and I rarely feel the urge to smoke now.

Thanks for the replies, everyone. Zeldamum asked if it's like Raynaud's, and yes, it is just like that (my ex had it, and it can be very bad) but I don't think I have it. Karma and Dinamic - I am on some meds which can cause cold hands and feet, but the official line is that it rarely occurs. That does not mean that it won't happen to me, though! I have been on them for a long time, and only been vaping since March. It could be that I didn't notice it until the nicotine made it worse. This afternoon I mixed some nic-free juice but it is not very nice to vape. It's mostly VG as all my PG is 38mg nic stuff. The juice is not so bad that I can't put up with it for the rest of the day, and I'll see whether my fingers are dead this evening. Fingers crossed. Ha ha ha.

I've noticed that I have really cold hands for hours at a time. I vape most of the afternnon and evening, and the cold hands occur late in the day too. Perhaps the nicotine is responsible for cold hands, though I am not certain. I use 18mg juice. Anyone else experienced this effect?

+1 for Vape Escape - always reliable good gear, and prompt service too! Sent from my iPhone using ProBoards app Yes, +1 here. Arrived today, only ordered it yesterday. Very pleased with the protank they sent. (Airy as expected, but lots better than CE5s etc. IMHO.)

OP, I got so frustrated with CE5s that I have decided to give up with them. Some won't draw at all, some only draw if you unscrew them a bit from the battery. I probably got knock-offs, unintentionally, and these were from a UK seller too. I won't get any more hardware from that particular supplier. And I won't name & shame them. I ordered a kanger protank from Vape Escape this morning at 10 and I have just had an email saying it is already dispatched. Not used this supplier before, my, they are fast! The protank should be a new and interesting experience. Reviewers mention that you have to clean them well before first use. I can go with that as long as they draw ok, vape ok and last more than a week or two!

We're off to Greece in about 10 days. I know it's not the done thing to vape on the flight, but does anyone know if I can take my PV in my hand luggage? On our RyanAir flights last year, the cabin crew were trying to sell cig-a-likes to the passengers. I did not see a single person buy one. I have not seen anyone vaping on a plane yet, but I wonder what RyanAir would do about it. Would they allow it to happen? I am tempted to try it this summer, just to see.

Hi Alex Moran. Welcome. Well done getting off those "stinky killers", you can now whilst vaping continue too improve your well being. Later you will develop "shineyitus", don`t be alarmed, we all go through this stage, some never get out of this stage, as you will find reading these posts. Congratulations to you and family. jeffc Yes, we all get shinyitis sooner or later. I even added a definition of the word to Urban Dictionary (www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=Shinyitis) and it's managed to garner a couple of thumbs-up so far.
Well done Alex. Vaping is a great way to give up analogues. I even have one started pack and one sealed pack of them left in my cupboard. Maybe I'll have to give them away in the end.

Did the concentrates you used come in a glass bottle Sg1? That's normally a good indication to any potential problems if they do. Ahhh, so that is why some come in those brown glass bottles! Most of my concentrates are in white plastic bottles and I did spend a little while wondering why Lime flavour and Cola flavour were in glass. And one of my CE4 clearos is now totally fogged. It hasn't cracked yet, but it looks terrible. And that was the one I vaped Lime in!

Hey up! I have been running a PC service business for 12 years and I have seen AVG grow from a small product which lead the market, into a mammoth also-ran which has better rivals. AVG still provides good protection with its free offering and there is no need to pay for the upgraded version. However, AVG is large, inefficient bloatware and the company definitely put a lot of pressure on users to spend money. Their webpages are carefully contructed to lead people through the payment route, encouraging them to click on deliberately misleading buttons. After installing the product, users are reminded that they could "benefit" by sending AVG money. Adverts are attached to the user interface periodically.
As other posters have already said, Avast! makes a very good choice. Use it free, just re-register in seconds once a year and get another 12 months of good protection.
Finally, I abandoned Zone Alarm a few years ago. It is intrusive and inconveniences the computer user far more than it protects them! The additional safeguards have little value, and many of its alerts for "threats" are meaningless. Even expert users might struggle to work out which threats are real and which are not.
One of the problems in recent years is that the large anti-virus brands are dressing up completely safe things as threats. For example the lastest version of Avast tries to check each application on the computer to see if it is up to date. This might be important for a few things but is not relevant for most. For example, it flagged Foxit Reader as not up to date on a computer I dealt with recently. Yet Foxit is a basic PDF reader, the current version worked perfectly and there was simply no threat. What is happening is the companies are looking for new ways to scare users, preferably enough to make them pay for additional "protection" that adds very little value.

No response to my offer Why am I not surprised. Hey up Roger Just got back onto the forum and seen your offer. I am impressed by your mixing skills and I am wondering what ingredients you would use. Maybe you'd prefer to keep the formula secret! All the best Jono

I think we all know that the Pharma companies exist to make money. They must do so, as they need to feed all those shareholders. Curing people (or at least making them more comfortable) is a job which falls to doctors, nurses, clinicians, psychiatrists and so on - the people at the sharp end. However, I don't subscribe to the view that there is any credible evidence that the companies choose to promote and maintain illness. This is indeed the stuff of conspiracy theories, and ranks only a peg or two below Chemtrails, Area 51 and Faked Moon Landings!
