Hi andy82 what sort of coils are you thinking of? Loads of good yt vids too, I started making my own after a month or so but am now building all sorts. Just need to work on the tidying up side of things lol |

A recoil should sort out the PT, and make sure everything is well tightened up before filling. Must admit that my experiences with Protanks are largely excellent, with no leaks or gurgles, but maybe I've just been lucky. I now have PT v1s with microcoils and cotton wool wicks as backups (how louche is that!?), and I know they will deliver if required. Pure luck allright. The lady has had a load of bother with the evod and so have the other people I recommended them to, now I'm recoiling them all. I'm still not sure whether it's the wick or the coil that's the problem originally but hey ho, got the cure anyway. |

I am getting one tomorrow and will have a close look at the design. Are your replacement coils genuine Kanger ones? Yes, black box with KangerTech logo. The top of the battery pin is wet, seems that the juice is coming through between the base thread and the head. I'll disassemble and re-assemble everything again. The coil heads just seem to be badly made form the start but a recoil and rewick seems to cure them, the lady has the same style in the evod and I've managed to suss it out now, never leaks, gurgles or anything. |

I've tried quite a lot of joosejuice flavours. My all day vapes generally switch between their toffee or Belgian waffle. Key lime is also really yummy Mmmmm toffeeeeeee, I love their toffee, use it mainly in the dripper and sit here at the pc in clouds of toffee vape lol marksvape Jim is a really decent guy and if you have any problems or would like the strength of the flavour altered etc he's happy to help. I love the fact you can select the PG/VG ratio you like too. |

Ok parallel coil, awesome! The taste is superb. I used .5mm kanthal and did five wraps on a 3mm screw driver, it's coming out at .12 ohms which is seriously low for me but the flavour is outstanding.   I had to drill out the earth hole to get this wire to fit but it's soo worth it imo. |

First ever stove top coil using .5mm kanthal, vapes really nice and sitting at .2ohms which is unusually low for my tastes but this one actually gives a really nice flavour. I only take short hits though as I am vaping 24mg nic lol  |

Hi all - I'm still a relative newbie (but a total convert!) and I wanted to share a little silly tale with you all. I was outside a cafe in my home town (Frome. Not heard of it? Well, it rocks) and had a vape. I have a small but perfectly formed kit - itaste vv with iclear clearomizers. From around the corner came a bearded, tattooed, leathered man.... with some kind of massive vaping combo in his hand. We clocked each other. Eyes were locked. He took a drag from his brick-sized equipment and moved past me... with 'win' in his eyes. Seriously?? Has the lovely vaping community I joined on 28 February come to this? This competitive 'mine is bigger than yours' nonsense? I really hope not and for newbies reading this - stay strong and committed to the equipment you have because as long as it works for you, it really does not matter how big/shiny it is!!!! A man sees a woman and tries to show his masculinity and you think there's something wrong? Surely that means he thinks you're worth showing off to? And that as far as a man is concerned a compliment. He's telling you he thinks you're fit lol Well done on the vaping and vape on! |

It's worth experimenting with. A 70/ 30 mix might be enough to keep it at bay? Have you changed anything else recently? Different clearo, heads, wick, wire? I normally use various drippers, always cotton wool and various ohms, mostly sub ohms. Have been since January I think. But was noticing this breathlessness and thought protank mini, which I used to use, would be lighter on my lungs so now using that, but still same problem. I thought you got that sorted and that it was an infection? If not then it could be tension due to circumstances of late? |
