TPA declare the chemical components of their flavourings (unlike most other manufacturers) and - although I'm no chemist - I can't see anything mentioned for their Caramel (Original) that causes me concern. Or am I missing something?

My FlavourArt guru (HeadInClouds) wrote about FA Coconut: I've used Flavorah's Sweet Coconut successfully in a few mixes. The company blurb says: "Clean and fresh coconut flavouring is like pure white, grated coconut shavings. Unlike our standard coconut flavour that is rich and toasted, this sweet coconut is fruity and light. Excellent for mixing into drink clones like piña coladas."

ceedee - Do you know if that was 4% combining flavours or for a single? I know it seems crazy! For instance, BoyHowdy's Filthy Fritter V1 (a yumberry doughnut) uses 2.75% flavouring but down in the notes he suggests the Yumberry may need another 0.75%. There are more recipes and lots (and lots) of taste notes buried in this stupidly long ELR Forum thread if you dare dive in...

Wow It's a bold statement 1-2.5% I'll be watching the thoughts on these Mixers on the ELR Forums have been experimenting with the super-concentrate range for a few months and, from skimming through the long thread, I don't remember them finding any nasty flavours. It's kind of alarming to find recipes they say are great with total flavouring at ~4%! And reviews should start appearing soon on US-based forums as Real Flavors did a US-only promotion last weekend and offered 1000 x 30ml(ish) bottles for just the postage cost. After being deluged by mixers, they apparently sent out 4000!

I've been doing the same thing with any custards I make (one shots or my own recipes) that are too sweet or bright tasting. Discovered that mixing Chefs Welsh Custard with them equals (for my tastes) stunningly better custard!! Welsh Custard on it's own is a bit *can't think of a descriptor - errrm smokyish??* although I do like it. Perfect for bringing down sweetness/dairyness in others though I mixed mine in with Ella's gold rush got the sweetness down I think it tastes better, to my taste buds. Mexican fried ice cream recommended mixing ratio is 25% to 30% but it leaves a sweet suggery crystal taste in my mouth which I don't like but people are raving about it so it's probably just me. A friend squonks his quite happily (pretty much non-stop!) at 17%.

Again you really need bloody Facebook I only really use FB for vape-related stuff now. Sign up, join a few groups then set privacy to maximum and ignore the rest of the crap.

I bagged one, i'd already put an order in but it still seemed fair for 10 tasters for £10 delivered. This way I'll know what I like and I assume the recipes will be available online at some point, even though only three become one shots? The recipes and their creators' identities will be kept secret (to avoid it turning into a popularity contest) but I'd hope at least a few of the runners-up will choose to publish them after the voting closes and bask in the glory of being invited to contribute to the first round of LEM.

Anyone using FA Coffee Espresso at 10% needs a tastebud transplant! Mixers on ELR find it's strong (and for me, a bit rough) at 2% so add some creams, vanilla or whatever takes your fancy, to smooth it out a bit. The most highly-rated recipes it's used in on ELR rarely go over 1% and frequently use it alongside FA Tiramisu - check some out here.

After leaving this one overnight, I completely agree with the OP that it's a very tasty strawberry juice flavour. Definitely not a fake or candy strawberry. Although I would say it leaves my mouth very dry after vaping. (Cleito 0.4ohm @ 33w) I think I might go PG heavy (70?) rather than VG (65) on the next one to see if the flavour peps up... Or just bump up the flavour level a bit? It's previously been recommended by others at 18% in 30/70vg and 20% in 20/80vg.

I've never thought of using bottled water, but I suppose if it is good enough to drink, it should be good enough to Vape! So is a good Shiraz but I wouldn't want to vape it... Just get some distilled water?

Another vote from me - I'd recommend any deal with Mike with no hesitation.

If they are the same, it will be because rather than buying in 10ml FA bottles, the supplier will have bought a bigger bottle from FA and rebottled themselves (buying like this would work out cheaper).... AFAIK rebottled FA can not be sold branded as FA, which would explain the different names. Yep - makes total sense about re-bottling, but I don't then understand why they continue to sell branded FA bottles as well Am just pleased I can get them cheaper - minime has assured me that Flavour Max are definitely proper FA Of the 150+ FlavourArt concentrates that Chefs stock, I suspect over half of them sell just a few 10ml bottles a month. And I'd guess that the minimum bulk order would be a litre so it would only make sense for Chefs to rebottle the fastest moving flavours.

I haven't mixed that in a long time Mandy. As far as I can remember it was 12% Capella cup of Joe + 3% tpa sweet cream and 1% tpa sweetner. Was there some TPA Caramel Original in there Bill, or is my memory playing tricks - I really ought to write things down! I've not made any in ages either but I still have it bookmarked! allaboute-cigarettes.proboards.com/post/1001525/thread
