Thanks Syd! I have been through all the reviews and stuff so I have plenty of leakproof ways to wick, apparently most of the leak probs are solved with the V6 because of the raised air holes apart from that I think it's the same as the V4, my main concern now is if it will fire up at 0.650 ohms on my I sticks, the link Jack put on is handy as it seems I can add a different ohm coil as well as the 1.25ohm to bring it up to over 1.0ohm, I might just try it with one coil untill I can get the right ones, I really need to learn to make coils, but I'll need a euro coiler and the rest of the stuff to start, so I'll soon have another question on what I'll actually need to make some as I have no idea about wire gauges, how many wraps to make coils that will come out around 1.5 with two coils,,,

Thanks folks! I should have known nothing is straight forward with Vaping, my brain was telling me two coils double the Ohms, but I think I just found a problem! I'll be using the Orchids on my 20w Isticks, will it fire at 0.65ohms or will I just have to use one coil? and order some 2.4 or 3.6 premade wires to get above the 1.0ohm I believe is the lowest the Istick will fire at???

If memory serves me right the Istick 20w are well know for being inaccurate in the Watt/Volts range and if you normally vape at say 8.5ohm with the 20w stick you may need to drop down to 6.0/6.5ohms, I got a couple of the FT Earl clones two weeks ago and honestly can't fault them yet! but I have had to drop from my normal 8.5 ohm down to 6.5/7.0 ohms, the odd thing is although it's a clone it seem better made than my mates original, though i'm pretty sure they are coming out of the same factory, his buttons rattle mine don't and my atties seem to fit better on mine,,

Ok Help! I have a daft question and thats why it's in beginners and no doub't it's already answered here somewhere, all my tanks are single coil, but I've just invested in a couple of Orchid V6 RTA's from FT, (still waiting) but I'm lost with coils, I know you can run the Orchid with one coil but I'm going for two, if I just put in one 1.25ohm coil it's a straight 1.25 ohm reading, but if I put in two 1.25 coils, will it still give me 1.25ohms or as there are two will it give me a 2.5ohm reading, I'm going to be using the pre-made 1.25ohm wires from FT, no matter how much I try I just can't get to grips with these Ohm things, I usually vape everything on 1.8 ohm coils at 7w, but as I understand it that all changes with RTA's and I might have to up the watts/volts for a better vape,

Bio! I use ProtanksII's, Iclear 30s's and Evod Glass,s with 1.8ohm coils and normally vape them between 6.0w and 8.5w, I find anything above that starts tasting a bit burnt, from what I think they are saying is the higher watts of volts are only needed for drippers and re-buildable's

Thanks Lets! think I had a brain fart, I know they are 510, what threw me was some of mine are screw in type, and I wondered if it made a difference that the drip tips on the Orchid have two O rings, all mine just have one, my guess is the two O rong ones would be less wobbly,,

OK! I should know this sort of thing by now, but I've always been happy with the suppplied drip tips that come with my Atties, but I'm not to keen on the look of the drip tip on the Orchid, I've seen some nice ones but what size do I need for the Orchid??

If it's the same type as your first one you can get them in Wicks, B&Q, Homebase, any Plumbers, Builders merchants, Screwfix

It's a pipe clip for copper pipe, you can get them in 15mm or 22mm I have white ones and black ones, and I think they do Grey, you can get them in places like Wicks or B&Q, if you get any check the plastic it's made from, some are pretty hard plastic and would scratch your case, look for the softer plastic, I use these ones on my boat for holding battery's and atties, bit more giving and gentler on the coating, linkMow,,,

Igual pointed out to me that I didn't need an Ohms reader because the MVP has one built in,, rewicking and coiling is a piece of cake, I kept putting off trying because I have fat fingers and dodgy eyes, but after watching Iguals vid here and a few on Youtube I had a go at rewicking a couple of micro coils with Jap cotton, I can now after just a couple of weeks re-coil and wick a micro in under 5 minutes, and you won't beleive the difference the Jap cotton makes,,

I just had a thought! I never realised how a lot of my music is tied up to events and places in my life, this is one time and place in my life that I can honestly say I've never been happier, but it's something only the older Cornishmen/Women here might relate to, Newquay 1969 I'd been there for one year working as a barman in the King Mark Pub, my favorite haunt was an odd little Coffee shop/bar called the Spiders Web, well known for illicit substances back then, lots of people sitting drinking Orange juice because the had caught something nasty from the Emmits and wern't allowed to drink with the pills, everytime I went in only one record was playing, they had more but the owner loved this one,
