Thank you. Jaki, yes, I'm still using no-nic juice. With hindsight, I think it was a mistake to cut out nicotine so quickly. I haven't felt too well at all. Nothing I can pin down, just general lethargy and tiredness, absolutely no energy, and mild flu-like symptoms. If I ever quit smoking again, I will know better and will gradually (very gradually) reduce the nicotine dosage. But I'm just beginning to feel ever-so-slightly better now, so am going to carry on with no-nic for the time being. Oops ! Of course, on the plus side, I have lost the chesty cough that has plagued me all my adult life; I have lost the heavy cold symptoms of blocked sinuses; I can go upstairs without puffing and panting; I breathe a lot easier; and I can cuddle my grandchildren without fear of harming them or having them thinking I smell nasty.....

Just to say that I have tried each atomiser and battery and all are working fine - phew ! (in more ways than one...... ) So very good service from Totally Wicked - ordered yesterday, delivered this morning. And thanks for all your advice everyone - 7 weeks and two days tobacco free for me now.

Yes, Brilliant interview Lolli. Clear and concise and you made perfect sense. So much so that I feel I can't call you Lolli any more - you sound far too sensible....

Good Luck for tomorrow, Lolli. I'll set my alarm and have also bookmarked the bbc page - (in case I sleep through the alarm).

Gilly, Now this is why I don't post on here very often - I have no idea what the difference is or which is best - I myself use a manual.

'Tis true - I found the other forum, but it's too big for me; can't be bothered to navigate to find the info. I'm after. Besides, this forum speaks the same language as me....

Thanks Chrissie, But most of the credit has to go to the 901 and this forum. If I hadn't asked on here and been helped with what to buy, I'd have had no idea where to start.....

Hello Gilly, I bought the dse 901 and am still happy with it. Tomorrow will be 6 weeks tobacco free for me...... Sometimes it's not easy to stay off the cigs, but the ecig has helped tremendously and I'm managing better than I ever thought possible. P.S. - I've cut right down on the use of the ecig, too.

Yes, me too.... And I have sore gums. No bleeding, just feels a bit like an abcess, but not as painful, and that taste. Am going to give it a couple more weeks before going to the dentist.

So much of what Foxy wrote in post #16 is true for me, too. My habits are changing - yes, I also used to light a cigarette between tasks and give myself a smoke break if the task was lengthy... Now I find I'm going long periods without reaching for the ecig. I've stopped altogether smoking/vaping whilst watching t.v. too. And my health is improving. When I started with the ecig I had a nasty cough and cold; these cleared up almost overnight. I've had long-term problems with leg pains which also seem to be clearing up..... I just wish this thread was titled "Tasty zero mg needed" 'cos every time I log on I see "tasty oh my god needed".......

Lollipop, Hang on in there please. It was your thread that got me started on the ecig and today is 10 days tobacco free for me. Not much compared to so many on here, but it's a huge success for me, after being a smoker for over 40 years. And, yes, I have to agree with Foxy and Lynwit; in my case, it's the act of smoking that I've been addicted to; I've now been nicotine free for 9 days. Started using zero strength cartridges on the second day and haven't used anything else since. So keep going Lollipop, and thanks to you for helping me to become a non-smoker (so far) at last.

Hello Lucy and welcome.... I have the slim case from oksmokey and it's fine for one or two ecigs. I don't go out to work, and am not on the road all day, so this case suits me fine. Here: www.oksmokey.com/store/product.php?id=73
